Gave them my number but didn't get a call and sure enough when I stopped by they were ready in two days. The hem was higher up than I would expect for pants but not really a problem. One is a pair of chinos where the color matching was pretty close. The other is a pair of black jeans made of a durable canvas. Solid work and they also ironed my pants which I appreciate. The unpleasant experience began when I walked in the door to have four (4) dress shirts cleaned and pressed. I did not have my credit card, so I offered to pay in cash. Even though they have a cash register, they claimed that they couldn't make change, so I paid $20.00 to have the shirts cleaned. I was told that all four (4) would be ready for pick-up a week later (i.e.: the following Saturday). When I returned the following Saturday, only two (2) shirts were cleaned. I was told that other two (2) would be ready the following Saturday, so I left with the two (2) cleaned shirts. When I got home, one collar one of the shirts had burn marks on it from an iron, so I had to discard it. I returned two (2) weeks later, and was told that only one (1) shirt was ready for pick-up, but that they would call me when the forth shirt was ready for pick-up. That was seven (7) months ago, and I'm still waiting for a call. I've never experienced such a lack of service, and such a exhibition of incompetence, by an establishment charged with such a simple task as cleaning and pressing a shirt. There are a half a dozen dry cleaners within a 2 mile radius of this place. Do yourself a favor and go to one of them.

After 8 hours of pictures with dogs, needless to say, my suit smelled really fun. I asked Victory to dry clean the suit and deodorize the white fur because that was the part retaining all of the dog smell. Victory was recommended by my mentor Santa.
