Boy was I in for a shock! I had waited months to retrieve the top, they even called to remind me and when I got there, no top but a check for the full price of the top.... which was over $300!! That is what I call integrity, truly caring to do the right thing! I am a customer for life and they deserve an excellent rating, would make it 10 stars if I could!! Thank you so much! Brought a jacket to have the button sewn back on - the owner/manager was the one that took in the…read morejacket and instead of sewing on the button mis-logged this a missing a button. Not only did they lose the button but they also charged me for a cleaning of a clean jacket. I called to try and get the button back as this is a special button and they were unwilling to help/unwilling to look for the button and unwilling to refund me for the cleaning that was not requested. I will take my business elsewhere. Update based on response - I did call for resolution and zero options were given - interesting how there is a request for me to follow up when I post a review. At drop off the button was handed over and the request was made to have the button sewn on only (no cleaning was needed or requested). Also no one relayed there was a missing button when the jacket was picked up

This place also has a bathroom, snack and soda machine. The Bad: dirty place. most of the dirt is from the filthy customers, so not to make this knock on this business - though they should have someone come out and sweep every so often. The major issue and this is what my very first review stated: The spiders and webs are all over the place and you have to be careful that they do not land in your laundry basket. The outside overhang used to be much worse than it is now though it is still bad. Inside has gotten worse though. Cleaning people need to take a long handle duster and wipe clean the walls, ceiling, ceiling fans, vents. Need to do this every night. Oh, and the use of PayRange sometimes is a hit or miss. Too many times I have to email PayRange about an issue with the loading of funds or double charging on a machine. To PayRange's credit they are very quick to respond and clear the issue.

I parked, & said worker RAN outside SCREAMING at me that I " bumped " her car door with my car door & put a scratch on her door. NO SUCH THING HAPPENED! My door did gently such her door. I am extremely careful that I don't scratch other car doors because this happens to me all the time. When we examined her door, IT WAS NOT A SCRATCH, but instead a water mark from her door handle from the heavy rain the night before. All this after she threatened to " beat my ass,. The owner believed the employee over a paying customer. IMO, she was afraid to reprimand said employee ( in spite that they are friends)... Employee also threatened to " cut me" outside. I have NO time for this BS & will NOT tolerate threats of physical violence. She FINALLY moved her car away from where customers park AS she should have done upon arriving to save space for unloading/loading laundry for * paying customers. All is well. I completed laundry at a cleaner facility where all the machines & dryers were in working order!!!!

However, it was a little dirty inside with puddles of water on the floor and other peoples detergent lingering on the machines. I probably won't return here to do laundry.
