It's a good looking laundromat not like some of the strip mall laundromats I've been to

You know, nobody likes doing laundry. I mean, to be honest I really like doing laundry at home. But it's always nice when you're on the road to find a laundromat that is at least somewhat entertaining. And that's what I found at oldies laundromat in Pennsylvania. The place is really clean, plenty of old album covers and records on the wall with a jukebox and a statue of Elvis Presley. There's a sign that specifically says don't touch Elvis, and I'm just curious as to why that had to be put up there. Cost-wise detergent is about half of what I've seen elsewhere. Small machines are $3 medium machines are 450 and the large ones are six. Pretty standard rates. Again, not a big fan of doing laundry but if I have to at least this place provides some sort of atmosphere to pass the time

Best laundromat we have ever used while traveling, or ever! Everything was CLEAN, well kept and had a fun oldies vibe. I knew we had picked the right one when I opened the door & saw Elvis & an old style jukebox! The jukebox was free too. (My husband loves Elvis' music!) There were three sizes of washing machines (single--would need to be quite small, triple and the jumbo). The supplies (soap, softener, dryer sheets, etc.) were reasonably priced ($0.75) and triple load washer was $$4.50. Dryer was much cheaper, maybe $1.50-$2.00. Never had so much fun doing laundry! I would give it 10 stars if I could!

I'm rarely impressed with a laundry mat, but this one is impressive. I am visiting from Utah and came to this laundry mat to help my kids with their laundry. Adorable decor, very clean, free Kurig coffee, and a free juke box loaded with all the oldies. It was not packed and a relaxing environment. Recommend!

We travel full time and do a lot of laundry mats. I would put this up there with the best for price, cleanliness and machine available.

This may be the worst laundromat that I've ever visited in my life. I actually added the business…read morejust to give it a review, it's that bad. I'll never come back here after all the crap that happened. First, everything here seems rusty, dirty, or like it is leaking. Almost every washing machine has smears on it or smudges, the dryers look dated and rusted on the outside, the floors have bits of trash and spilled soap in numerous places, and almost every dispenser and vending machine is chipped, dented, missing a lot of items, or barely works. The support posts in the room are filthy looking and missing paint and the ceiling lights are full of dead bugs. Second, the change machine, of which into I put $5, ate one of my quarters, so I had to break another $5 to get the change to run 2 machines, one of which ate a quarter. So, from my $10, I'm down to $9.50. I load my machines, select the same exact settings, press start, and notice that each of them have different times. The one that didn't eat my quarter is giving me 3 more minutes for some reason. When they were all done, my clothes did not smell good. There was a weird funk about them, like the water was unclean or something. Finally, I go to use the dryers pictured in my tip. I load the dryer, put in a quarter to see how much time I'm getting, and one machine shows no change in time while the other begins to blink. I put in another quarter and still no change. None of the buttons respond, so I give up and move to the next set of machines. I reload the new dryer, pop in a quarter, and a light begins flashing to let me know the quarter was accepted, but I'm not shown how much time I'm getting or how much I still owe. The other machines didn't even blink to show the money was accepted, but they sure as hell didn't give my money back when I pressed the coin return. I put in $1 and hit start and things began to work. The two loads of clothes came out perfectly dry and warm, which was a relief. So, out of my $10, I had $1 stolen from me due to broken machines and no ability to get my coins back from the return buttons, and my clothes, while dry, smell unpleasant. I don't recommend this place to anyone, especially since the Annville Laundromat is just 3 miles down the road and is much better.

The fact that you…read morehave to use a quarter to enter didn't bother me but not using it due to its horrible odor and being filthy was unacceptable. The Annville Laundromat isn't horrible as far as laundromats go, but it really isn't that great…read more The parking, which is located up front and some on the side, is really cramped and I'm surprised that my car hasn't been hit yet by people pulling in or out. There is also a really funky smell that lingers outside the store that is most likely from the nearby Quittie that runs under the bridge. It gives the whole area a smell of sewage and rotten vegetation. Inside, the place is well lit and pretty clean. Numerous washers of various sizes are set up in a long rectangle and then also line the far wall. They cost from between $2.50 for the smaller ones to $4.50 for the largest. There is a small table to sit at to the left, tucked against the ramp that leads up to the next area. Beside the table is two vending machines; One machine contains laundry supplies, while the other offers beverages and snacks. A large, flat-screen television dominates the far wall and is often tuned to news. To the left of the television is the money changer that supports denominations from $1-20 and a restroom. Up the ramp is the area that contains the dryers, laundry carts, and folding tables. Two booth tables greet you immediately and can hold 4 people each. A television upstairs, along with remote, gives you something to watch while you wait for the dryers to finish. It had a large swath of dead pixels across the middle that look like someone hit it with a bat or something and it can be pretty annoying. The dryers up here can hold a lot of clothing, easily two or three washers worth and are really cheap at a quarter for 7 or 8 minutes. The laundromat also offers free Wi-Fi with a fairly good connection and since the place isn't frequented by too many people at any given time, it is pretty solid for web surfing and the like.

Pretty much we came we washed we chilled we got the clothes warm from some dry time of more chillin then we folded and left stoked because that ended this Laundry Day! They have a change machine that takes $$$ and gives you some quarters for the machines and sell some soap and treats. Overall it is what it is a laundromat it's just what you expected and then some but the real question is when are you going to come and wash that pile that you have?
