Pretty much we came we washed we chilled we got the clothes warm from some dry time of more chillin then we folded and left stoked because that ended this Laundry Day! They have a change machine that takes $$$ and gives you some quarters for the machines and sell some soap and treats. Overall it is what it is a laundromat it's just what you expected and then some but the real question is when are you going to come and wash that pile that you have?

There is a sign that clearly says that they are not responsible for lost or damaged clothes. Really sad part is that 3 other washers have the same residue in them. Today there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms. I've started bringing in my own quarters to do the laundry. I guess now I have to bring in my own toilet paper. My suggestion that someone check the laundry mat on Sunday nights to make sure customers coming in on Monday have what they need like those who come in during the day time.

Not only did they lose the button but they also charged me for a cleaning of a clean jacket. I called to try and get the button back as this is a special button and they were unwilling to help/unwilling to look for the button and unwilling to refund me for the cleaning that was not requested. I will take my business elsewhere. Update based on response - I did call for resolution and zero options were given - interesting how there is a request for me to follow up when I post a review. At drop off the button was handed over and the request was made to have the button sewn on only (no cleaning was needed or requested).
