When I got the items home, I found that all they did was replace the slider and not the zipper. In addition, the sliders they used were not new, they were used and worn and the colors didn't match the clothing. I took the items back to have the error corrected. The man I spoke with argued with me about the sliders. Then he told me it was $34 to replace one zipper. He wanted to charge me that in addition to the $37 he already charged me for performing the wrong service and giving me used and worn parts that didn't match. He told me the charge was for labor. He refused to do anything to correct the error and make things right. If you need alterations, please save your money and the aggravation and do not go there. I cannot express what an awful experience this was.

I have been using this location for about 3 years and have never had an issues. I normally take 2-3 suits, 10 shirts, 5 pants, and 2-4 sport coats each month. Prices are very reasonable and work is done well. The staff is friendly and is willing to work with any schedule - even a 24 turn around time - without extra fees. They do not cut corners here. I like heavy starch in my shirts to maintain a crisp clean professional look - often places claim to add starch but really don't. Sun Cleaners adds plenty of starch and doesn't charge me for it! The one item about Sun Cleaners that I sets them apart from other cleaners I ha e used is how trustworthy the staff are. When things are left in my pockets I ALWAYS get them back. I've gotten back coins, pens, business cards, cash, receipts, and other items. They MAKE sure that nothing is misplaced and even have saved cuff links or lapel pins that in a moment of haste or exhaustion I left on my clothes and then dropped off. With them. If you are looking for a quality dry cleaner with reasonable prices and trustworthy staff give Sun Cleaners a chance.
