I called to try and get the button back as this is a special button and they were unwilling to help/unwilling to look for the button and unwilling to refund me for the cleaning that was not requested. I will take my business elsewhere. Update based on response - I did call for resolution and zero options were given - interesting how there is a request for me to follow up when I post a review.
