Took two suits for cleaning. Horrible press job. Had them redo one jacket and pant. Came back bad again. Was told "that's how suit pants are" and that the jacket looked bad due to the quality of the suit. Took both to Windsor Cleaners in New Cumberland. John there re-pressed and fixed perfectly. Never going back to Quality Cleaners. From what I've heard, these are different owners vs the previous high reviews. read more

I needed to find a new local place to take my shirts to be cleaned and pressed since George's closed in the west shore plaza. This place is very busy and have several people working the counter at all times. They have the ability to serve 4 customers at once and that's excellent to get people in and out super quick. All work is done on-site so turn around time is fast and can be expedited upon request. The prices were comparable to other cleaners in the area. Good quick service, friendly staff, and decent prices earns my 5 stars every time. read more

I have been coming here for years to get my dry cleaning done and they always do a great job. Because I travel for work they fold and box my shirts making it easier for me when I pack. In addition to doing a great job with my dry cleaning they also do stuffed animal repair. My son's beloved stuffed turtle was torn up and they fixed him! Very happy with my experience. I needed a suit and 2 shirts dry cleaned for an event in 24 hours. They do all of their cleaning on the premises, so they said it was no problem. It was just over 20$ for the 4 pieces. Everything came back cleaned and pressed, and it was finished on time. I will definitely be back when I need another suit cleaned. read more

Did a great job, but I feel like this place might be a bit pricey. The shoe repair definitely was, at $22 per shoe for the heel replacement! The dry cleaning came out great! As an added bonus, they have an overnight drop, which is super convenient if you can't make it in to drop off clothing during their normal business hours. They were very friendly. read more

These people are the most accommodating people on the planet. I needed same day cleaning for a uniform. I arrived a little bit before they opened but they let me in early. Then, like an idiot, I lost track of time in the afternoon and didn't pick the uniform up before they closed. I left a voicemail and a Facebook message for them and within 20 minutes someone called me to say he was going out to get himself dinner and could get me my clothes then. If you have expensive clothings that you really care you might think twice before you bring them to this place,they ruin a expensive Charvet shirt that i end up trowing in the trash last year,the expert tailor no so expert tear the other side of the shirt on the back making a hole,the shirt suppose to have extra button hole one the sleeve but i think accidentally the tailor tear the back side of the shirt and i discovered the hole tear was glued in order to mask the mistake,seriously you gone glue $700 shirt in order to hide you screw up my shirt?,i forgive them and i want to give them one more chance so this year i decided to bring a coat over there in the after non around 3.00 pm the spanish lady there who took my measurements to alter the coat she give me a sort of attitude and curse me under the breath in spanish assuming that i will not understand what she said in spanish,please educate your employees to be courteous with customers specially the tailor lady on that shift,so after the attitude she give me,i would not trust one bit to leave my coat to be ruined by a butcher tailor who hate her job,so i left of course together with my coat and i will never go back. read more

After calling several cleaners and told no, I called Quality Cleaners and they said YES to steaming my daughter's prom dress in a pinch and having it ready the day of prom!! They did a fantastic job and I couldn't thank them enough for being so accommodating!! read more

I had a few bathing suits altered here, and even though I couldn't exactly understand what the seamstress was saying, she understood me perfectly! The alterations were done exactly as I had requested, they were reasonably priced and were finished on time. I will come back here for future alterations. I brought my four winter coats in to have them cleaned for storage. While the prices were high, it seemed fair if a lot of time was going to be spent removing lint and making them clean enough for storage. While I wont know about the storage stability until I open them up next November, a quick inspection at the cleaners makes it clear that this was definitely not $75 worth of lint removal. Honestly, it pretty much looks the same as when I dropped it off. I can't believe I tricked myself into paying this much for dry cleaning. I won't make the same mistake twice. read more

In the past two months Quality Cleaners, Lemoyne,Pa has shrunk a sweater, stretched a pair of knit pants that they had to hem so they fit again and changed an ivory sweater yellow with a blue spot. They spilled something on the sweater and in an effort to get it out the sweater changed color and the spot remains. They have never offered to replace or reimburse for my loss. read more

I asked the Quality Cleaners delivery guy about rug cleaning on my oriental rug. Three days later he picked up my rug to have it cleaned.
