I asked if she wanted a deposit, why was it not asked for at the time of drop off, not now when I come to pick up and my alteration that is not even complete. ($20 is already steep for a 2" stitch.) She stated ok, YET followed me out the store, to my car yelling "YOU ARE A BAD PERSON, I NEVER DELT WITH PERSON LIKE YOU, YOUR ARE BAD PERSON. I have been using this location for about 3 years and have never had an issues. I normally take 2-3 suits, 10 shirts, 5 pants, and 2-4 sport coats each month. Prices are very reasonable and work is done well. The staff is friendly and is willing to work with any schedule - even a 24 turn around time - without extra fees. They do not cut corners here. I like heavy starch in my shirts to maintain a crisp clean professional look - often places claim to add starch but really don't. Sun Cleaners adds plenty of starch and doesn't charge me for it! The one item about Sun Cleaners that I sets them apart from other cleaners I ha e used is how trustworthy the staff are. When things are left in my pockets I ALWAYS get them back. I've gotten back coins, pens, business cards, cash, receipts, and other items. They MAKE sure that nothing is misplaced and even have saved cuff links or lapel pins that in a moment of haste or exhaustion I left on my clothes and then dropped off. With them. Pretty much we came we washed we chilled we got the clothes warm from some dry time of more chillin then we folded and left stoked because that ended this Laundry Day! They have a change machine that takes $$$ and gives you some quarters for the machines and sell some soap and treats. Overall it is what it is a laundromat it's just what you expected and then some but the real question is when are you going to come and wash that pile that you have?
