I parked, & said worker RAN outside SCREAMING at me that I " bumped " her car door with my car door & put a scratch on her door. NO SUCH THING HAPPENED! My door did gently such her door. I am extremely careful that I don't scratch other car doors because this happens to me all the time. When we examined her door, IT WAS NOT A SCRATCH, but instead a water mark from her door handle from the heavy rain the night before. All this after she threatened to " beat my ass,. The owner believed the employee over a paying customer. IMO, she was afraid to reprimand said employee ( in spite that they are friends)... Employee also threatened to " cut me" outside. I have NO time for this BS & will NOT tolerate threats of physical violence. She FINALLY moved her car away from where customers park AS she should have done upon arriving to save space for unloading/loading laundry for * paying customers. All is well. I always thought this was just a laundromat and only found out they have shirt service after looking on, you guessed it, Yelp! Friendly staff greeted me and informed me about the free Starbuck's coffee for customers. Nice machine for brewing a breakfast blend or decaf. Great for free and limit one per customer. They also have a huge laundromat for those in need of washers and dryers. Additionally, there is a drive through lane to drop off and pick up your dry cleaning and laundered items. Convenient Lemoyne location will make this my regular stop for shirt laundry service. 2 day turnaround time is excellent for those in a hurry.

We went around 8 pm on a Wednesday night and there were only about 3 people there. The 14 lb load capacity costs $3.25 (this is your regular household washing machine) while a 20 lb capacity cost $2.75 (yes, the bigger capacity washer actually cost LESS than the smaller one). There are also bigger washers available, but we didn't use those. The dryers are varied as well with the smaller 30 lb capacity costing .25 for 7 minutes. As far as cleanliness, it was kind of messy with dryer sheets all over the floor by the dryers, but other than that it was fine. They have free wifi and you can find the password by the bulletin board. Big signs tell you not to wash dog beds or pillows and they also don't permit food. Though they do have cameras, I didn't see any staff members anywhere.

We used 60 lb washers, there are 2 and we used both so one can imagine how many comforters and blankets we had. However the weird part was one that suggested it would take 22 minutes finished 6 minutes ahead of the one that said would take 19 minutes. And we started both the cycles together. Other than that I would highly recommend the facility. If anyone's using 60lb washers 22 minutes cycle that finished early is closer to main entrance door if that helps.
