The chirt is done right with light starch and firm cuff and collar. I'm a fan.

I inquired about alterations when dropping off dry-cleaning in February…read moreand was told that if I dropped it off on a Friday, it would be ready the following Friday - so I dropped a suit off on 3/2/2012 for a minor alteration and to have it cleaned before leaving on a cruise. I was assured that the work would be completed and ready the following Friday. When I stopped in to pick it up the following week at lunch time, I was told that only the jacket was ready, so the pants must be in the "pressing pile" and should be ready by 5:00. I called back at 5:00 to see if it was ready, and the person on duty had no information. He researched and stated that the no alterations had come in since he got there - but that he had a note from the owners to give to the seamstress - so she must be planning to come by at some point. After several phone calls to and from the cleaner, it became evident that the suit was not going to be ready. Fast forward a few weeks - After vacation and another business trip, I stopped in to pick up the suit. When I expressed my frustration, I received an apology, but was still charged for the alteration - $20.00 plus for letting the waist out an inch and adding a button. Obviously the $20 means more than my continued business. When I asked the owner (Yes, it was one of the owners that valued $20.00 over my future business) he informed me that the suit was ready to pick up on 3/19 - Only 10 days after it was promised. The cleaning and alterations took a total of 17 days. The owner did ask that if I had time to email him the details, he would review and use it to assist in correcting the staff - I guess it would be an imposition on his time to take notes. I'll email him the link to this review. It amazes me that in the current economic environment., Customer Service still is nearly non-existent. As for the quality of the cleaning, it is good - Just don't expect it to be fast.

It has all been pressed neatly and left at my door the same week. She communicates and works with you if have a particular need (I have a couple items I'm finicky about). Never having done a laundry service, but seeing the good reviews for Honey Doers, I thought I would try them. Not only did I get my clothes picked up, washed and folded the same day, they also answered my 10000 questions leading up to my appointment, txted me reminders about leaving my clothes out, when I needed to pay, when they were done and when they were delivered. Honey Doers are the real deal and their customer service attitude seriously makes you feel like you are their only customer. I will absolutely be using them again.
