My partner had a three piece suit. After researching cleaners in our area, we landed on Amber Meadows Cleaners. They not only cleaned our clothes with such care, they were ready earlier than expected! We will be back!

I've never lost a button, not had a stain removed, nor had any issues with their altering. Always friendly. The turn time can be slow, on occasion I've asked for quicker clothing return-which they accommodated. So not really a complaint but an observation.

And they are totally dedicated to their business. I brought in a silk shirt of my husband's with a bad grease stain, not sure anyone would be able to get it out since the shirt sat for more than a week. When I picked it up, the owner pointed it out to me and showed that the stain was gone. Now that's pride in one's work--also a rarity these days. All of the drycleaning is top-notch here, as are the clothing repairs. Another customer showed me a rip in his jacket that they'd repaired. It was impressive, could barely see the mend line. Be aware that since it's a small business, they prefer cash. I always try to pay all small businesses in cash anyway.

I have never asked for one or two day service as they appear to deal almost exclusively in an expectation that clothes will be ready in approximately 5 to 7 business days. I believe the business is completely staffed by the owners and it shows in their professional and business like attitudes.

With only a couple of hours to go, I found some online at Macys Frederick (14 miles away), but the nice Holiday Inn Express hotel concierge suggested a dry cleaner in the area, Brunswick Cleaners may have some. 1.3 miles away, I rushed over there and sure enough, the gracious lady at the cash register had a couple to spare, it saved the day for me. I highly recommend them just based on this, so thankful!!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR DRY CLEANING. I started using this dry cleaner back in early 2022. I never had…read morean issue until today. I dropped off several suits back in late August 2022. I picked them up on Saturday, September 3, 2022. Last week, I wore one of the suits that I picked up on September 3 to work. When I threw on the pants, I noticed some spots on the front of the pant legs but didn't think much of it. I wiped it with water and it went away. When I got to the office, my colleague pointed out that my pants were covered in white spots. The spots I thought I wiped away had returned. There were several more on the rear of the pants. As you'll see in the photos, the spots on the pants are not nearly as bad as the mess on the jacket. At that point, I went to my office to inspect the suit jacket, which I had not worn to that point. The suit jacket was abhorrent. Most of the damage is on the inside and on the back, which is probably why I did not immediately notice it. Today, I had opportunity to take it back to Rainbow Cleaners to ask them to clean it. They denied any responsibility. They claimed that they would never give an item to a customer in that condition. While I believe that they certainly strive to do that, they clearly missed this. I also did not immediately catch it, so I can see how they missed this one. My other suits were fine, mind you. This was one of four or five suits that I picked up on September 3. I just wanted them to fix it. That's it. They said, "no." They wanted me to pay them to try to fix it. I would not mind this all so much if they would've at least tried to repair the issue. I took my clothes there regularly, and this is a fairly new suit. The lack of accountability is astonishing. Anyway, enter at your own risk. Photos attached.
