For the first time this Christmas one package was missing. I had just found out I had cancer and was not home. I had told them to send it so I could sign for it, which they didn't. I called to let them know. I didn't receive the package and they had a picture that UPS delivered it. I've never had a problem with them until now. They have decided to keep my money which is almost $600 also using Kohl's cash of $160 and they are not sending me another replacement. I even spoke to corporate. I'm not sure what I can do but I have a police report and it still didn't make a difference. The only thing I can do is take it to court. Their reasoning behind this is they're telling me that too many people are saying they're not receiving their packages and they can't keep putting out money. I told her this is the first time that this is ever happened to me. I would have received it the end of December. Needless to say this will be the last time that I will ever shop at Kohls. I will file a claim with the BBB and file small claims. Cancer is a serious issue. So now they have my money and they have my ring It's bad enough when they tell you what you can use your cash on and the dates between you can use it. I really wanted to wear them to my cousins wedding and this shop came recommended. I originally thought the strap needed to be shortened, but the staff suggested a different fix. They told me that adding a pad under my foot and a non-slip band on the strap would solve the issue. It helped a little, but not completely leaving me somewhat disappointed. In addition to not receiving a complete fix, what really disappointed me was the service or lack thereof. The man working there barely looked up from what he was doing and never asked me to try on the shoe to see the problem for himself. He gave short, vague suggestions and seemed uninterested in actually helping. I had to walk back and forth to the shelves three separate times to find the products he mentioned, rather than him taking a moment to show me where they were. The whole interaction felt dismissive and rushed. The shop itself is tucked away inside Tysons Mall, so it is easy to miss unless you are looking for it. While it is convenient if you are already nearby, I would not make a special trip back. For a store that specializes in shoes, I expected more attention and care. The experience left me unimpressed and still struggling with the same pair of shoes.

I needed a good pair of boots to work around our place. Not only did they have a wide selection for me to try, even stocking widths, they happily ordered me what I needed. Then I went to the "other side" of the store, Solely Comfort, and got two comfortable and attractive ladies shoes, also in widths, that I love too, and ordered more! The employees both times were knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Their prices are in line with the good shoe quality, and service is the best I've had in any shoe store ever. This was a much better experience than I could have even hoped to have. I will be back and tell friends too.

He gave me the proper fit (which it is quite rare to find a place to fit you, most boot stores are self-service) & told me the history of lucchese. They are basically the Cadillac of western boots; handmade in Texas nothing beats the quality of the leather. Dana also does boot repairs & resoling. As well as Birkinstock resoles. He really is the master of shoes. Customer service is excellent & the employees only learn from the best since Dana has owned & operated several boot stores in his lifetime. I recommend buying work, duty, & western boots here. I mean, where else would you be properly fitted & chatted with all while enjoying complimentary coffee/tea/water & relaxing in large, leather chairs?
