This place is lovely and the staff makes you feel at home. I have been there a few times now. The staff is so kind each time. They are very helpful. Although I did not give them any items to consign, I watched as they helped others consigning. They were eager and happy to help. They were very patient, even when I saw a couple being extremely rude for no reason. They have quality items at very reasonable prices. Thrift shops and consignment shops are the only places I can afford to shop right now, and it's wonderful to see that I can shop somewhere with cheap prices AND quality clothing. They also have many miscellaneous items for your house, they have books, DVDs, beauty products, shoes, trinkets, kitchen supplies, and more. The store is fantastic concerning the staff and items they sell. However, it smells a little musty in the cold months, I've noticed. And the lighting could be improved in a couple areas of the store, but other than that, I've only had great experiences with them! :D read more

I visited consigment shops in Winchester this past weekend to determine where I want to offer for sale some profession clothing as I recently retired. This was by far the best in the Winchester area. I checked the prices of similar clothing items and while I was surprised to see how little one gets through consignment, the items that I checked appeared to be a fair price relative to other consigment shops. They had some really nice things. It was my first time in the shop but it will not be my last. It may become a routine stop when I am in the area. I plan to take some of my clothing items there tomorrow and my husband has his eye on a piece of furniture that was there this weekend.... read more

I have always found "All" of their "STAFF" to be:: Very Polite, Very Helpful & Always Customer Service Orientated. I'm from Australia where Custmer Service is of very high standards; and I'd equal the customer service associates at ETC of an equal standard. I was reading some of the other reviews and I thought they have to be talking about another ETC. Upon doing some research, I've found that as of September 2014 there is a NEW owner!! ETC Consignments is a great store. Staff is friendly, they greet you as soon as you walk in the door. They offer to help you. The store is large, clean, everything displayed beautifully. Being the NEW OWNER as of September 2014 has changed my life! The employees, customer and consignors are out of this world! GREAT place to shop! Always new things with all in extremely condition and prices well-marked. Store is neat and tidy. Discounts on items that have been there a certain time. Staff cannot be beat! This is a terrific consignment shop. I can't decide what my favorite part is..selling stuff and making money or spending my money on affordable "new" items.
