In my opinion prices were right on, $125 for solid wood desk and priced just right solid wood hutch. Other pieces in there were pretty decently priced as well like almost an all but perfect dresser for only $150 (of which I would have loved if the color was lighter). This isn't IKEA junk, Big Lots or Target/Walmart junky "wood", this stuff is solid wood made from the era of good builds, so yeah you might pay more than what you would for the junk stuff but you get what you pay for. Those complaining on here about that, probably never bought anything made out of oak, maple or walnut that will last more than 2 years. The furniture, I will however state, that some pieces can be worn, yet other pieces I saw there looked brand new and was about $150 less than Big Lots. The Big Lots set I found that was comparable was over $700 for both pieces, Family Thrift was about $500. read more
