They did not have the size or colors I wanted in the sandals, so the employee who was working ordered it for me and it will be shipped right to my house! I love how often they have sales and I love that on top of the sales and clearance items, I am also allowed to use their promo codes as well! They almost always have promo codes and sales going on! I also love the rewards program and that I am able to earn money towards shoes. Right now I have a $5 certificate to spend after making only two purchases. I absolutely love my local Famous Footwear store location!

I only pay cash, if I have it on hand and I no longer use electronic forms of payment or cards after being hacked and loosing hundreds. The employees both times were knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Their prices are in line with the good shoe quality, and service is the best I've had in any shoe store ever. The biggest thing is that this mall has an older, vintage feel to it, and it makes it appear dated. Doesn't make it that exciting to visit. Has your stores somewhat standard in malls: Hot topic, Spencers, JCPenney, plus American eagle. It also has one of the last fye's around my "area", a belk, and an AMC theater. That said, it isn't a big mall, and keep in mind Simon owns it(as someone who lives in the state that has Arundel mills). Food court has a few recognizable options: Chick fil-a and charley's. I went for the first time yesterday with my grandmother, and I will say it isn't bad for the area, but if you are coming outta state, I will say you can go to better malls. Again, it is adequate enough for your basic mall needs.

Price on the larger items can fluctuate by hundreds of dollars between different sales. Keep an eye out if your timing is flexible. I noticed that the equipment we purchased a couple months ago is now "on sale" for quite a bit more than we paid. Delivery and set up of exercise equipment is outsourced to a third party. Two guys came in a pickup truck. They set up the equipment and said "we don't take care of the boxes" so left two huge boxes and styrofoam pieces all over the place. However, we haven't had any issues with the equipment. We purchased the bike and they offered to install several of the accessories we purchased. Don't expect specialty bike shop service or recommendations for what's best for your needs. Given this, prices for accessories are a bit high but there was no charge for install. Clearance items can be some really good deals. We scored a $40 bike helmet on clearance for $2.00 (basically free!). Pretty decent selection. Prices fair to a bit high. Service is okay. Like I said, about what you expect from a big box store. I appreciate no sales pitches that you will find in specialty stores.
