Well , first of all everyone in there store is always happy and smiling . Everyone is always very helpful . 1 person in particular Dejai , is always the first one to greet and ask if we ever need anything . Always have a small conversation & is always up beat and happy ! Today I walked in after I had placed an order online and got notified it was ready for pick up. I went in and unfortunately it wasn't set up but I wasn't upset about it because he told me he'll have it ready for me in no time. That's exactly what he did , he kept me updated and gave me excellent customer service ! This is not necessarily about the store itself but there return policy. I will never buy anything from Dicks ever again. I purchased a Christmas present from there which has seen rusted and they are giving me the run around. When I finally ask for a manager I was told it can't be escalated to a manager. The whole experience left me convinced box stores will be extinct soon. I recently visited your store. The store had people working - but no one wanted to help us. To get a pair of shoes you have to use an iPad sort of thing that doesn't work well. Then you sit and wait while associates are standing around. I wanted a pair of shoes - I know my size - wasn't even going to try them on. After a few minutes I decided nah - I'll just order them from brooks directly. I'll also just get my socks and sports bras from Amazon. So instead of me spending $300-400 I will just buy online. read more

Worst return policy ever (and definitely lie about it). Tried to return $150 worth of gifts from Christmas. No receipt so knew I was going to get screwed. All three items "rang up" as being sold at their lowest for $2. $6 dollars was all they could offer. Any who has ever shopped at Dicks Sporting Goods knows you can't get a damn thing for $2, ever. Decent size Dick's. We have a big Dick's were I come from, a double decker. The Dicks room here was dirty and did not have a button on the sensor toilet. I'm usually a two-three flush kinda guy and it's a pain in the rear end to get up and move to make it flush. Plus they had the stiff hard toilet paper. read more

I've made a few large purchases (elliptical, treadmill, mountain bike) and several small purchases. It's pretty much what you'd expect from a big box store. Price on the larger items can fluctuate by hundreds of dollars between different sales. Keep an eye out if your timing is flexible. I noticed that the equipment we purchased a couple months ago is now "on sale" for quite a bit more than we paid. Delivery and set up of exercise equipment is outsourced to a third party. Two guys came in a pickup truck. They set up the equipment and said "we don't take care of the boxes" so left two huge boxes and styrofoam pieces all over the place. However, we haven't had any issues with the equipment. We purchased the bike and they offered to install several of the accessories we purchased. Don't expect specialty bike shop service or recommendations for what's best for your needs. Given this, prices for accessories are a bit high but there was no charge for install. Clearance items can be some really good deals. We scored a $40 bike helmet on clearance for $2.00 (basically free!). Pretty decent selection. Prices fair to a bit high. Service is okay. Like I said, about what you expect from a big box store. I appreciate no sales pitches that you will find in specialty stores. read more

Really over priced and I'm not blind. As a sports major B.S. in college and one of my projects in class was to budget a sports college program with full equipment. All Dick's stores over priced items. If you seriously did research you'll find prices a little cheaper than Dick's. I understand Dick's is trying to profit from purchasing the products for its stores. The law of supply and demand is very simple. The lower the prices are brings more customers. Not the other way around. I will continue shopping till I find a reasonable price. This is for the entire Dick's sporting chain not the store itself. read more

Very nice and helpful staff. Was looking for a smaller folding travel chair. Only weighting 2.5 lbs and fits in my suitcase. Perfect. Was in and out fast. No long wait at check out. Great job staff! read more

Second less than stellar experience at Dicks. Cashier was rude throwing receipt and bag I had to ask for on the counter. To be completely forth coming, she asked if I wanted a 15 dollar steaming for the glove I purchased. It struck me funny so I giggled and said no thanks. Apparently that offended the young lady that waited on me. This is my last time at this store. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. I walked into Dicks and purchased a backpack. The lady ended up leaving the security tag on the bag and I didn't notice until after I left. I called and informed them of what happened and informed them I did have medical conditions that I did not have to disclose with them that do not allow me to wear a mask and they said it was completely fine to come back in. Once I get there, my boyfriend walks in to have them remove the security tag, the manager Mike, decides to yell at his employees and tell them "do not check him out" repeatedly, while slamming carts. My boyfriend told them he had a medical condition that he did not have to disclose to him and Mike then said "then why are you out in public shopping at all with medical conditions". My boyfriend tells the lady she has to remove the tag, as I already purchased the bag and it was a mistake on their end. I walk in after hearing how they gave my boyfriend such a hard time, after approving us to walk in without a mask prior to entering. I asked to speak to the manager who handled the situation so inappropriately. Mike then proceeded to then get in my face and talk over me and put me down. When I told him that I had medical conditions he said "I don't care about your HIPPA rights" which is all on recording on my phone. As a manager, he did not handle this situation appropriately. For one you don't get in a customers face, especially if you're so concerned about social distancing. For two, Mike is discriminating against my medical conditions, as he clearly stated he did not care about my rights. I have contacted corporate and provided them with the video recording, as they agreed that Mike's behavior was unacceptable. So flabbergasting to be treated with such disrespect by a manager. Really portrays poorly on the business as a whole. read more

This place is great! All the workers are so friendly and helpful! Prices are much better than other sporting good stores in the area.

Second trip in a row to this place and I can not get service in their gun department. It's a ghost town behind the counter at this place. Im not coming back. read more
