I think it is very discriminatory to exclude the elderly just because we pay in a safer manner. If you are going to enact such a policy, then you should post your policy on the front doors. That would have saved me 40 minutes in your store, and I could have gone to your competitors sooner.

The employees both times were knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Their prices are in line with the good shoe quality, and service is the best I've had in any shoe store ever. They are basically the Cadillac of western boots; handmade in Texas nothing beats the quality of the leather. Dana also does boot repairs & resoling. As well as Birkinstock resoles. He really is the master of shoes. Customer service is excellent & the employees only learn from the best since Dana has owned & operated several boot stores in his lifetime.
