It was my first time at the store and the employees were very professional and kind. We found exactly what we were looking for and then some! A great boot selection in deed! Will definitely be going back!

This store has so many interesting items! No shortage of big and tall attire, bric a brac, or western wear in these parts!

In house tailors make sure everything leaves the store looking like it was made specifically for its owner. Pricing is right in line with industry standards, however a good suit is worth it's weight in gold, so not an area you want to skimp. Stephen Shendow was the gentleman I worked with and his overall knowledge of the industry was astounding, his passion for his business was very apparent. I couldn't recommend them enough. When I was getting married last year, I searched everywhere and could only find something I loved here: a sport jacket and shirt that made me look and feel great on my wedding day. Since then I've lost about 40pounds, so I brought that same jacket back, along with a seven‑year‑old Brooks Brothers blazer, to have both pieces taken in. The staff tailored them flawlessly and even shortened a few shirt sleeves for me. While I was there, I purchased another sport jacket and a pair of trousers, and the fit and craftsmanship are outstanding. If you value long‑lasting quality over disposable fast fashion, visit this store... you'll be as satisfied as I am.

Besides being inconsiderate, employees are placed on the sales floor having no idea what they are doing nor no anything about how to fit clothes. Not do they know anything about how rental suits pricing. I traveled across country to help my son get fitted for his prom suit. While inquiring about buying or renting a suit I was told we needed to make an appt. With only two other groups of customers In the entire store, I simple asked how much to rent, no direct or indirect was even offered. I could go on with the lack of effort and ability to answer simple questions, I will simple suggest, GO ELSEWHERE. It's no wonder that this company is filed for bankruptcy. As a buyer, I really like this store - as a seller, this store stinks…read more I've found a nice variety of clothes here from time to time - got my boyfriend a nice pair of Tommy Bahama swim trunks, a basically new pair of Vans, nice flannels, Victoria's Secret leggings. I usually am able to find something nice to buy when I shop there for myself, though it's hit and miss like any secondhand clothing store. However, selling wise - one Sunday I brought a huge bag full of very nice clothing (by nice, I mean they were business casual work clothes that simply didn't fit me) and I'd venture to say at least half still had the tags on them. They didn't take a single item, claiming they were too old (most I got last summer?) and not the "style" they were after. I had White House Black Market, Gap, Loft, some Kohl's stuff, but mostly nice (some expensive!) brands. I get that Plato's Closet is a trendy store aimed at young women. But they don't take ANY type of business clothing? I'm 24, maybe I'm a bit on the older side of who shops there, but even if you're 16-18, there are places that want you to dress nicely for retail or food service work. It just kinda blows me away that they won't take any type of dress-up clothing unless it's a dress, and from what I've seen, most of the dresses they take I would NOT wear to work. I'll continue to shop here occasionally, but I'll never bother attempting to sell here again. Guess I'll just sell my nicer stuff on eBay like I should've done in the first place and get more money. Selling here just would've saved a lot of time.
