Pro: big parking lot, clean environment, Amazon returns. Con: Cashier pushing for credit card signup. Been here a few times to buy and return some items. It look like any khol store you been in before. Customer service and Amazon return are in the back. A con is the cashier always asking for customer to sign up for a credit card or a kohl's account. All in all, an average place to look around and they have a big parking lot so no issue there. read more

I haven't been to a kohl's in 15 years. Quality is way down. Styles aren't selling; hey, buyers, most women don't want horizontal lines over their tummies and you had plenty of that today. My biggest complaint today is the filth in the fitting room. Hundreds of women go in there, some with crabs, fleas, mites, head lice, and if the store doesn't vacuum and mop the floors and benches every night, your customers will end up like I did today. Another reviewer complained about the length of the line, but kohl's lines seem to bring out the chatty in people and I enjoyed sharing hints. read more

This Kohl's is just ok. The prices seemed higher than the location I normally go to. The check out lines were long with only two registers open on a Saturday afternoon. They did have "sale" items but most were buy one get one half off. That's not really a great sale in my opinion. We wound up buying my daughter a pair of sunglasses, playing at the jewelry counter where there was no line and leaving. Just nothing special about this kohl's today. read more

My bride decided the suit I packed to wear at the beach wedding was too heavy and that I would end up roasting and faint. Hence, the stop at Kohl's. They had a decent sport coat, and some lighter colored slacks - 70% off each. They had the button extender for the top button of my shrinking shirts (my shirts seem to shrink at the neck). They had Hawaiian shirts on sale too! Oh I was in man-cave beach HEAVEN. Several shirts, button extenders and dressy clothes later we were on our way. I ordered a pair of boots from kohls on line. kohls used ups and shipped to wrong address TWICE! Called and called and called what is supposed to be customer service however none of the prompts worked. After many many many attempts of hitting zero ( pressing it 20 times not exaggerating) finally got a guy on the phone who could not hear me. My phone works fine. It was not on mute. This happened FOUR TIMES!!! Kohls customer service ( I question that) sucks!!!!! I tried to get the boots directed to the correct address and was told no way could they do that but they delivered to wrong address TWICE!!! Now they are out of stock! I've never felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed at a store. I went up and asked a sales associate if she could point me in direction of a certain type of skirt, that was my only question to her. She ended up first pointing me in the direction of plus size, which I informed her, I wasn't plus size (which is quite obvious.) she then lead me to the section with the skirts that weren't plus size. I said thank you, since that is all I asked to help me with. She then proceeded to tell me I was a size 6 (again, i didn't ask her for her help with sizing or picking a skirt and she told me my "size" just by looking at me without any measurements). After a brief silence, she pulled out a skirt with a stretchy band, and told me "well you might be able to squeeze into a four since It has a super stretchy band." And then stood there and kept looking for more 6s.... i never felt so embarrassed and body shamed at a store. The funny part is I'm a size 2, so Im really hurt by this experience. read more

Shirts were everywhere, my husband and I were saying we have never seen Kohl's look that bad. I can't spend money at a store that's doesn't care about how their store looks. Agree with the review below, the mens dress section was a mess. NOT ANY IZOD or anything that wasnt 'classic fit"(aka 60 year old buissnessmen clothes). Nothing in slim fit besides apt 9. Kind of a big waste of my time, found somewhat better selection at Ranson,wv location. I had a difficult time even finding work clothes worth using my 100 dollar gift card for. That being said I do shop at kohl's with my own money from time to time when i'm looking for cheap. After about a hour in both stores I settled for some over priced ties, and candy . I guess I picked a bad day, but all the 'sales' in the world dont matter if you dont have it in stock. If i wanted to order online, I would have never left my house. After the last few trips I have been starting to feel like kohl's is better used online only. Would much rather see and try on clothes in person, and even pay more to do it that way considering the qaulity of the dress clothes from kohl's is already pretty low to begin with. My shirts start to look beat up after first or 2nd washing. Wish they could find a way to be more compeditive besides kohl's cash and offering credit lines. read more

I needed to exchange some towels that were donated to WATTS. They were white and I needed colors to distinguish from other towels. I spoke to Mary. She said to bring them in and she would help me. When I got to the store, she and other associates had already pulled replacement towels and made the exchange very quick and straightforward. She couldn't have been more efficient and gracious!!! This is the worse Kohl's I have ever been in. I went two Mondays in a row to purchase a pair of jeans. Both times, the ladies jeans section was such a mess that I took pictures to show my family and friends. They couldn't believe it either. I did mention to a lady at the customer service counter who has been employed for some time, that the store was a mess and I hear it from other customers as well. She did not seem concerned at all but did say she would mention it. I agree with the other reviews, a big waste of my time. Also, I got Kohl's cash (toy purchases) and was told by a clerk in Ranson, WV that the cash had already been redeemed in an area I never heard of. I showed her the receipt and the staple from the Winchester store, and thankfully, she gave me my discount. read more
