With my first son, we didn't get to do the 3D/4D ultrasound, and actually had no idea where to even get one done. Upon finding out about First Impressions, there was no doubt about it with our second, a little girl! The business is run by two sisters, who have made it such a family-centered, welcoming place to be. There are activities for children, couches for family or whoever you want to share the experience with, and a huge flat screen so everyone can see the magical moments like toes wiggling and faces smiling! The bed for mom to lay on is SO comfortable I could fall asleep there. The ultrasound itself is beyond words. Truly an experience of a lifetime. It's feeling all those little (and big!) movements in the womb and seeing them come to life. You get an up close and personal look at your little one before he/she is even born. On mine, we could see each wrinkle in her feet, the creases and folds in her ears, the perfect shape of her face yawning, pouting, playing with her feet and cord, and it was almost like sitting on the couch in my living room watching my 1 year old do the same things. The ladies definitely do their best to get you the best experience, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. They play with contrast and settings until they get the perfect image of your baby. I have been twice and plan on going at least once more before our daughter is born. I am so happy with First Impressions and glad that I get to treasure the moments with pictures and the DVD. Next time we'll probably let our son pick out a heartbeat pal :) I can't wait to compare the pictures to what our baby girl looks like when she's born!!! read more

My wife, Melissa, and I reached out to the ladies here all the way from Green Bay, Wisconsin since I've know Rachel from back in grade school. We had interest in getting more information on 3D/4D ultrasounds to look into out here since we were flying in on Christmas Eve and didn't think it would be possible with schedules. But not only did they accommodate us on a holiday, they also were extremely flexible with the timing of our appointment because of traffic & travel. This actually was a surprise for my parents since they had no idea Melissa was pregnant. The space itself is very warm & comfortable, my wife immediately was at ease once we got in because it wasn't as hectic as a hospital. Our little girl was a little stubborn but Rachel & Erin kept taking picture after picture of her when she gave them the chance. At just about 18 weeks Rachel & Erin were also able to determine the gender for us. Most importantly the love & care these 2 have for what they do is absolutely infectious. The excitement you could see & hear during the whole process made it even more special for us. We just had our most recent check up at the hospital and they attempted to do a 3D/4D ultrasound and let's just say that after 20min of fiddling around they couldn't get any images. We both agreed that we were so happy to have done the ultrasound at First Impression or else we never would've been able to see our little girl's face until she was born. I had a great experience (I'm not even sure if the word great covers it) at First Impressions 3d/4d. I was able to be squeezed into the last slot and see my last baby in 3d/4d. It was truly a magical moment. Both ladies were patient with my little guy even though he didn't want to show his face, but they did finally get him to cooperate. They were able to successfully determine the sex from the ultrasound within seconds. The whole atmosphere is nice and comfortable. It is also very kid friendly. It is beautifully laid out as open concept and the back of the room has a play area set up for children. This is important to me since my children are attached to me at all times. They even had snacks for them to share while I had my ultrasound done. I would and do recommend them to anyone in the area that is looking for quality service and a quality ultrasound service. They are also the closest in the area. Five Stars! read more

The place to go for the perfect experience for you and your family !! Going to find our the gender of our baby I was very nervous to take my other two kids .. It was not only comfortable for my kids but for me also ! Very clean and personable and the woman there are so welcoming and sweet ! What an amazing experience. These ladies are a amazing at what they do. They had a great chemistry and seeing these sister at work together makes for an even more fun experience. My daughter(which is 20 months) had such a great time cause the atmosphere was sooooo fun for her. I can't wait to go back for my next scan once I'm a little further along, but I'm forever thankful for them allowing us to know what we are gonna be having a little Prince in the spring!!!!! read more

100000000% recommend this place. My very well known OBGYN has stopped doing the 3d/4d ultrasounds at this time and they actually told me about this place, so that must tell you something!! You seriously feel like you are at home during the experience, the cutest little building as well. AND the lotion they use on your belly is WARM, that is a A+ by itself. Just walking into First Impressions gives you a relaxed and homey feeling. The service was AMAZING and personable! My 6 yr old daughter loved seeing her little brother on the screen and she was also encouraged to interact with the baby while the ultrasound was being done.
