I really wish I could give this place zero stars. I came in and found a suit that I liked, but big shocker they didn't have it in stock. I paid for the suit and had it ordered through the store and was told it would be about two weeks for it to be in. Fast forward 3 weeks later and still nothing from then regarding it. I contacted the store and found out it was never ordered, but my card was charged. So it's time to jump through hoops to get my money back. Never will do business with this place again. read more

Despite ongoing store inventory and limited stock with certain items, she worked tirelessly to make sure the two suits I needed were located - and even arranged to make sure I had them delivered directly to my home fast enough that I could get them tailored before a trip out of town. This place is advertised on tv like it would be perfect for first time suit purchasers, not the case! We felt like we were in Pretty Woman when we walked in and no one even looked up to help us. We walked around aimlessly for about 10 minutes hoping one of the employees would help us but none did. So we went to the lady behind the counter and she seemed put off that we didn't know the guys' sizes. She measured their chest and said everything we need in in the back of the store just start trying jackets on..... ok. After the 7th jacket not fitting and not knowing what we were doing we just walked out, and they didn't even look up from doing nothing to say goodbye. We then went to L G Men's Wear and had the best service and spent over $1000 that same day. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! The store was empty when I arrived except for the young female clerk. I bought 3 suits, had to order since a 50 coat was not available with a 40 pant. Got a post card from corporate that my pre-paid ($1,070) order was 2 months out. 2 1/2 suits came in. I returned to the store for fitting, only to find out that you have to PRE-PAY FOR TAILORING. Do you pre-pay for surgery? Do you pre-pay for plumbing? No. I was told it was "policy". My policy is to not pre-pay for services rendered. OH, and I was on hold for 20 minutes with customer service trying to get them to re-consider losing me for life. Ah well! read more

I would rate lower if I could on the scale. Paid for alterations, tailor decided to only do a few at his leisure. Needed for important business trip, 3 weeks was not enough time for this shop. Then they ruined the slacks trying to press. Now I am stuck scrambling for other alternatives. Never again......... read more

I saw Jos. A Bank being modeled at a local fashion show and was amazed that the suits and clothing looked as terrific on the men of various ages as they do on the models on TV. Now when I see the ads on TV I know they are for real and the merchandise is fine quality. I can't wait to go look around the store. read more
