This was very frusterating so we were leaving and she then questioned why we werent purchasing a prom dress. When I told her why she then decided to want to help us find her size. I was googling the dress she gave us and found them online for 400.00 cheaper. I would never go back to this overpriced disaster.

I had to bring my 4 month old with me and as a new mom I walked up to the door, hands full, and pushing the stroller, no one helped me with the door. I walk in and they are both staring at me from the front desk, thanks. They weren't around too much when we were trying dresses on which was better because they weren't all that friendly. We all picked, ordered, and paid for dresses. Cut to a month later my active duty husband received orders to South Korea. I wasn't going to be able to be in, or even attend, my friends wedding. I called & tried to see what my options are. I had no options. They were very quick to tell me they don't do returns or refunds. Which I didn't quite understand because they have dresses in stock to purchase that are "As is," as they described it when we were there. They wouldn't work with me at all, so I'm eating $230. The dress is beautiful but staff and customer service are disappointing, to say the least. If they weren't the only place in St Mary's they probably wouldn't be doing very well
