I've been to this corporate location many times. I will make the drive as it is the best TMobile, better than any in the Tri Valley. Whether it's to replace a screen protector or upgrade a phone or replace a phone with insruance, they are very knowledgeable and experienced. Great customer service. Thankful for the guys my parents and I talked to at this location a few weeks back. I wanted to wait for my parents to get back from their cruise before writing this but they're back and they got their phone bill most importantly. Before my parents left, my parents were super concerned about roaming charges on their phones and paying so much money on their phone bill while they were on the cruise. I can't remember their names but we went to this location, they were able to look up my parents phone plan and reassured them they would be alright. They also told them they would need to put their phone in airplane mode whenever they would be on the cruise and use the cruises wifi to connect with people but when they docked and got into town, they would be able to take their phone off of airplane mode. Talking to the guys at this location before my parents went on their trip totally put their mind at ease. And mine, too! Earlier this morning while walking my dog, I dropped my mobile apple phone right against the corner of the curb. The screen looked scratched and several crack lines through out. Dropped by the local store, Brian asked me if I needed help. I showed him the phone and quickly assessed if the phone was broke or just the screen protector. Lucky for me, it was just the screen protector. Brian was able to quickly remove the damaged protector and replaced it with a new one. It's people like Brian who are knowledgeable and effective that keep me a happy customer with T~Mobile. read more

I have never walked in this store without a half hour + wait. Currently waiting 20 minutes. One sales person working. Manager in the back. When asked if he/she is aware there are 3 customers waiting, the reply, "I'm sure she knows, its always busy at his time. If its any help we have two more sales persons coming in at 11:30." My elderly father switched his phone line from another carrier. Everything in transition was going well but he was promised that he would be reimbursed for the buyout of the phone contract. We have been to the location 4 times trying to meet the requirements. We finally had a final paper bill from the other carrier that says "buy out payment" and now it is still insufficient for the reimbursement. Manager S stated that the bill has to specifically say device final payment. In all the times we have gone into the store, everyone has stated that the final bill is what is required and no one stated that the reimbursement was only for the actual device. I asked her to write down what specifically to ask for and still there is no "device" final payment mentioned. It just states that the final bill for phone/phone number is required to be on the same page. While we try again to get the other carrier to meet Manager S's requirements, I am starting to believe that there is no intention of reimbursing at all. That we are being sent on a wild goose chase. Given the reviews for the center I would think that the manager would offer better customer service for an elderly customer who is having difficulty switching carriers. read more

Sid was absolutely amazing! Thank you to whoever hired him, you truly do your store and myself a favor in doing so! I normally don't enjoy going to the phone store and avoid it until completely necessary (I mean the last time I had gone was 6 years ago! And I had been walking around with a cracked screen protector for longer than I'd like to admit), but thanks to Sid I had a wonderful experience! He was very patient and helpful, I also never felt pressured to purchase anything I didn't think I needed. He was so friendly and we had great conversations during any times we had to wait for things to load or process. I even had a few silly corrections needed on my account and he made sure both were done even though it took a few hoops to jump to get it fixed (he did not make it seem like an inconvenience at all!). I got set up completely with my new phone, he made sure my screen and lens protector was put on absolutely perfectly, and that everything was completely transferred over so I was able to leave confidently knowing everything was ready to go on my new phone. I literally left the store in a better mood than I came in, not because of the new phone, but because of the wonderful experience I had with Sid. I truly cannot say enough how much this meant to me! I also want to note the store was clean, had a good variety of items, and everyone else working there was very kind and helpful! I'm trying to get a refund on the internet cable box I never used and has been returned. I returned it to the WC store and was told my refund would take a while to be processed as a return. Since then, because the refund still hasn't been processed after a month, I've called the store but was told they can only answer a quick question. So I called the internet 800 number who told me I have to go to the store for them to access my account. The store told me they can't access my account, only the 800 number people can. My impression is that unless you're buying something, they don't care about helping you. read more

After going to a few different stores trying to get my sons phone fixed and thinking it was the phones issue, we ended up purchasing a new phone and after still having the same issue stopped by this location. I believed her name was Alex she was amazing and went above and beyond to assist us with finding out the real issue with the phone/data connection. I have worked in customer service for a long time and now days u don't always see great service but she provided excellent customer service and took her time and really knew what she was doing. I had a really awful experience at the 25 Crescent Drive location in Pleasant Hill, and a really inconvenient and bad experience at the Sun Valley Mall location in Concord. I'm not going to go into detail about it here, but you can read my other reviews about these locations if you care enough. In any case, I was on a needlessly long and arduous journey trying to get my problem fixed. All you need to know is that the Walnut Creek T-Mobile location at 1345 South Main Street solved my problem, and did so with the utmost amount of respect and cordial professionalism. As far as I am concerned, the other stores in the area should be looking at the Walnut Creek location and taking note. I would like to provide a beyond excellence review for Tyson at the TMobile Walnut Creek Store on 10/27/25. Tyson helped my Mother (80 years old) and I to switch carriers (from ATT) and set up our phones and even managed to help my Mom buy a new Samsung watch which she needs at this stage of life. He spent extra care and time with us to not only handle 2 questions at a time, set up our phones but also to provide an environment of trust. He deserves some credit on how he handled our needs and ensured us that TMO was the best carrier to be with. This was my first time at this T Mobile location. I was there with my brother who was having issues with his apple watch. Adams, Tristan, and Tyson triple teamed the problem and got it resolved. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon to look at phones after I finally relented and decided it my old Samsung was well past its prime. Vanessa helped me right away despite there always being customers and pointed me in the right direction and even saved me a couple hundred dollars on the trade in despite me not wanting an iphone or even the latest greatest Samsung. Joahan was also very helpful, helping me with some questions. All the staff were friendly attentive and professional, even when the crowd built up and thats rare to find in a lot of stores and especially appreciated when dealing with the phone that its so hard to function without. They made sure to communicate throughout the process and showed me they wiped my old phone after having me verify the new phone had everything I needed which was a nice touch and easy to miss in this process. read more

The most inconvenient part of asking to speak with the representative over the phone is option with very courteous and respectful towards me and generously my current bill is monthly recurring charges and counting and checking for expediters so she's checking my mobile service and home internet service and watch line and gateway home internet service center has been a modem for home service that was never used or taken out of the package so I have been over charged read more

Don't go to the store they are not open when they say I don't know if they even open at all it's 10:40 in the morning the sign says they open at 10 o'clock and so does online. Nobody is picking up the phone and they are very much so closed. Nothing is more annoying than sitting in front of a store waiting for it to open and nobody is opening it and there's nothing on the door saying why they are closed. read more

I had to take a star off for their lack of queuing system. It's 2022 now, get your ish together T-mobile. I came on a Monday morning and all the associates were tied up with customers. One of the associates had to pause what they were doing with a customer and check me in. They took down my name and number but their queuing system is all internal. It would be nice to get some reassurance and ETA via text message or t-mobile app that I was successfully checked in and in the queue. All the other competitors have some form of system. I waited about 20 minutes to get serviced which is fine. Rasha was very good, friendly and detail oriented. Before we sat down she made sure to disinfect the table. During our interaction she respected our distance and also stopped a customer from taking off their mask to drink from the water fountain. Thank you for respecting Covid-19 protocols. She also made sure I was up and running before ending the transaction. I highly recommend working with her if you get the chance. For management: have a dedicated person at the front checking people in. Invest in some Queue Management Software, you're a fortune 50 company and the 2nd biggest carrier in the states. read more
