I am not an authorized user but I arrived early in hopes to get things in the process so when they arrived we could just finish up and be out on our way. What should have taken maybe 15min took well over an hour because the other men working Adam and Chris sat in the back not helping the poor lady upfront who had multiple customers waiting on help. All I needed to do was upgrade my phone and purchase a new one. The girl helped me as much as she could while serving every other customer at the same time. She was so kind. An hour after my authorized user arrived we finally got help only to have issues because she did not have her id on hand. If someone had come out sooner and talked to us we could have known this sooner and had already been back before the men... Adam and Chris arrived. As soon as I told them to cancel my order and that we would be going to another location somehow miraculously they could give me the phone that I already purchased without scanning an id. Im honestly so confused. And there was absolutely no customer service given to any of the other customers by these men. The girl working there should get a promotion and these men need demoted and some more training in customer service. I have never experienced such bad customer service. With no apology.

They acknowledge their mistake say they'll fix it then all of a sudden they backtrack they don't want to fix or compensate all the distress they've caused for their mistake. Awful carrier check the reviews and google about T-mobile. Nobody has good experiences with this scamming carrier go anywhere else.

My data is consistently so slow that basic things won't load. Calls randomly fail in the middle of conversations, sometimes won't go through at all, and I've even missed incoming calls because they never reach my phone. I have reset my network settings countless times, tried troubleshooting everything on my end, and even contacted customer service. At this point, I have done everything I reasonably can, and I'm still paying a ridiculous amount of money every month for unreliable service. It is incredibly frustrating to spend $120 a month and not even be able to depend on my phone for basic calls and internet access. I shouldn't have to constantly troubleshoot my service just to get the bare minimum of what I'm paying for. Honestly, if I could simply return my phone and cancel my service without dealing with another headache, I would. I am seriously considering switching to another carrier because this has become nothing but constant stress, frustration, and wasted money. If you're considering AT&T, I would strongly recommend doing your research first. Paying premium prices for unreliable service is absolutely not worth it.

I told him I didnt really need it for another 60 days or so, he told me the offer may not be around so I accepted it. Well, the paperwork had $10, he ensured me he just had to make a call to let them know it was a Verizon watch (I had just replaced my other sons watch) and it would make the credit $150. I told him I trusted him that he was being forthcoming and told him I wanted to wait for him to make the call. He acted like he did, leaving and coming back telling me I was all set, and the credit would show on the 2nd billing cycle. Well, it's never shown up, and on top of that Verizon charged me 300% more for the BS fees for a 19 day pro-rated month. 3 watches on the account, one has $1.79 fee, this one, $5.49. This was the case for all the different fees. So, the managers lies cost me $140 in credits for the watch, 2 months worth of service at $20 or so each, and Verizons rip off pro-rated fees for a total of $200 in added costs. They have told me 3 times they are making it right, but that doesn't happen.

I am impressed with how clean and organized you don't even need to go to the actual store when the kiosk is pretty much h a full store in a central location. I will definitely come back just because how amazing and well put together this kiosk was. So if you want fast reasonably priced high-quality work with a touch of smarmy coparent, this is your spot. You can opt out of the coparent aspects, but it is pretty hilarious.

I traded in my old phone for a new phone. When I received the first bill after trade in I discovered some charges I didn't expect. The bill showed that I owed $117.76 before credits. I called Consumer Cellular and talked to a very nice young man, however the young man didn't understand the bill himself so he kept putting me on hold to talk to a third party (I didn't mind holding either). After all was said and done the $60 charge for surcharges and fees was actually 2 months of easy pay plan debit. Instead of using my phone trade in credit against the remaining balance owed, they charged me two months of payments for the phone on the invoice. That is what brought the total bill before credits to $117.76. I don't know about anyone else, but when I see a charge that is before credits, I think, "Oh no! How can I pay this bill next month when there won't be any credits?" I would like for anyone with Consumer Cellular to pay attention to their bill received after the trade in credit is received. Consumer Cellular billing is extremely convoluted.

The savings (I just discovered) is $1.00 a month. AARP is $16.00 a year. NO savings at all! 2) I just bought a new phone and a screen protector. The screen protector I received is flawed. They do not do refunds for those. I paid $21.00 for it - thinking they would have a higher quality product. I was wrong. Do not purchase this unless you go to astore and have them put it on before you purchase it and see that it works. I will not be giving them a good review going forward. I'm very disappointed.
