Went in to upgrade my phone and was greeted by Cheyenne , she was extremely friendly helpful and made the process quick and easy I would highly recommend this store and t mobile as a whole! You won't be disappointed here ! read more

I recently got a new phone/plan from T-Mobile in a semi complicated situation. I originally stopped in on a Tuesday morning. They were incredibly busy and I appreciated the fact they told me the expected wait time up front so I was able to decide to come back the next morning. They were able to, as quickly as they could, get me through setting up my new phone and plan. I had two people helping me (one was training) and they were both incredibly helpful and patient. They even gave n me their cards and recommended I come back and skip the line if I ran into any problems, which I appreciated. They did upsell me on literally everything they could but were not aggressive when I declined. I would happily return to this location. read more

Ryan was absolutely fantastic, always seeking ways to find a solution instead of just saying that we don't do that. He and T-mobile are tops. read more

Visited on 7/3, and my girlfriend and I were helped by an older white bald employee. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I came in for a screen protector replacement, and from the moment we asked, he had a rude attitude. He then told me he couldn't process the replacement because I wasn't an authorized user and that the main account holder had to be present. After looking into it, that doesn't appear to be true. As a long standing T-Mobile customer I've had more than 20 screen protector replacements over the years, and I've never once been told that the account holder had to be there. Whether he was misinformed or simply didn't want to help, the interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive. I hope management addresses this, because customer service like this reflects poorly on the store. read more

Began account cancelation process 7/29. Called customer service (CS) as cannot do thru online access due to previous access issues. Was told my account pin no longer valid as I had not used in past 2 years. CS could not assist after 45 min call, was told they would call me back & didn't. Have been on w CS multiple times, over 4 hours on hold total, visited a store & on hold 40 min at which point they answered & hung up. Id was previously verified online, still no finalization. Finally got new pin created in the store, called to cancel & told had to go to store again. Sitting in store, on hold for 55 min, still no resolution. All lines have been transferred off or suspended, & they are still going to charge over $200 on final bill because their CS is unavailable even to their own staff. The final bill will be disputed. Even the 'free line' we never asked for want free for quite awhile, another reason the charge will be disputed. Even the clerk wants to wait for full confirmation as they've had other customers cancel services that never were canceled so it didn't mess up their "metrics". Always a great reference when even the employees don't trust the company read more

I have spent the last two months fighting T-Mobile when changing providers. Three Stores, Two different help numbers, and way too many phone calls back and fourth. I spent maybe 20 minutes total inside the T-Mobile Experience Store and the problem was solved. Caleb and the rest of this professional team took over and problem solved! Just start with T-Mobile Experience, save yourself the headache! read more

This is the best thing T-Mobile has to offer. The Tech's that work at the experience store are knowledgeable and have a level of customer service skills that are hard to find is this era. They have always gone above and beyond to ensure all my questions are answered and I leave the store totally satisfied with the level or service I receive. Great job customer experience team!!! read more

Came in on Monday afternoon and service from Xavier was excellent! He was very personable and chatted with my fiancé and I while we were making updates to our phone plan. He made us feel very relaxed as we had anticipated being there for a while to get everything done however Xavier never made us feel rushed nor was he pushy. He was very thorough and I'd highly recommend him to anyone else who visits the store! read more

There are fewer experiences as time-consuming, teeth-pulling and brain-numbingly boring than buying a new cellphone. Buying a car is just about the only thing I can imagine that is worse. Thus, you can imagine my excitement at the prospect of having completed the latter, and now the former, on back to back weekends! Joy! Fortunately, Magali made the process about as smooth and streamlined as one could hope. My wife upgraded both her iPhone and iWatch to the newest iterations of each, after a brief interlude of indecisiveness, trying to determine which colors to choose that would best compliment each other. Once the aesthetics of our purchase were ironed out, the remainder of our transaction consisted of the usual document signings, SIM transfers, activations, registrations, and all the other digital detritus that comes along with each electronic emigration to a new device. This particular T-Mobile location seems to be busier than most, due to its location within Cascade Station, so you might get wait-listed (as we did) before you can sit down (well, stand up) with a sales representative, but at least you can shop or dine while you wait. It wasn't staffed plentiful enough for the Saturday rush, in my opinion, and for some reason, there was a customer(?) babbling annoyingly into what appeared to be a karaoke machine, at a volume that permeated the entire shop, for a good fifteen minutes, and for no apparent reason. Ah, Portland! Keeping it weird, as usual! Still, having used just about every major cellular carrier at some point in the past 15 years, T-Mobile remains, overall, king of the hill in terms of customer service, plans and features. This location maintains that reputation of...well, if not excellence, at least competence. read more

At Cascade Station store. Had just purchased a new phone - which I had selected yesterday, - and employee was transferring my data. When he finished, I was asked to put in my password for my Apple account - which I did not even know I had. I tried a few logical passwords that I might have used, to no avail. Called my husband to search through my list of passwords. Didn't come up with anything. Got locked out. Emloyee told me that 1) it would be about a week before my account would be unlocked 2) I would have to set up a new EMAIL ADDRESS, not just a new password, and 3) I would never be able to purchase an Apple product again. At this point I asked for and received a full refund. All of this after spending 2 1/2 hours in the store, which did not include the browsing time of yesterday. I asked to speak to the manager. Employee left to go to "back room" somewhere. Waited and waited. Manager emerged with jacket and backpack and left the store without glancing back. The employee was VERY POORLY TRAINED because he did not know how many attempts to enter a password could be made before account was locked for 1 week. I was and am still livid. Need a new phone in the next two days before leaving the country. I will follow up with phone call to manager and formal complaint to TMobile. Have been a TMobile customer for years. read more

11/27/20- Highly recommend the iPhone 12 upgrade program at T-Mobile from an (now former) iPhone 6 user! (You can now expect better quality Yelp photos from me too, yay!) -iPhone 12 Upgrade Program- I've been using my iPhone 6S for several years now and it's not worth much money through Apple's trade-in program. In fact, Apple would only give me UP TO $50 for it so it wasn't even a guaranteed $50. I did some research and T-Mobile had this unbelievable upgrade program where you can trade in an iPhone 6/6S for a FULL $215 off the iPhone 12 as long as your phone was in good condition (can turn on and no physical or liquid damage). What an unbelievable deal! I couldn't believe it and I called the T-Mobile store multiple times to confirm that I was not misunderstanding any part of the program. You do have to sign a contract with T-Mobile for another 30 months but since I had no plans to switch cellular carriers, this was no problem at all. Still so shocked I could get $215 off the new iPhone 12 if I traded in my very old iPhone 6 (Apple users...remember having physical home buttons?) -Customer Service- Our service rep's name was Edward. He was very helpful and enthusiastic and gladly answered all of our questions. Although I was excited to upgrade, I was dreading going into the T-Mobile store because I was waiting for them to tell me some major downside to the upgrade that I wasn't aware about. But nope! The program is quite straightforward and you will qualify as long as your old iPhone is in good working order. Due to the pandemic, this T-Mobile location is no longer helping customers with data transfers to their new phones but they do give you handouts with detailed instructions (very easy to follow). Additionally, there is also a $20 service charge for each line you upgrade. -Wait Time- The store has limited capacity during COVID and since all of the service reps were with other customers, my dad and I were placed on their waitlist (30-40 min wait). They gave us a call when we could come into the store. Aside from waiting for our turn to enter the store, the process of getting our new phones was simple and had no issues. I was also expecting that we hand them our iPhone 6's for trade-in on the spot but apparently you mail them in yourself within 30 days (mailers and shipping labels provided). Overall, very smooth experience at this T-Mobile location. read more

Came here to switch to this service last week and they were unable to do it. I came in today to finish and have been waiting over an hour to be helped with no hints of getting this transaction finished anytime soon. Seems like it may be a staffing issue, the "boss" who they keep going into the back to talk to might be more helpful on the sales floor. read more

I am out almost $1000 because the T Mobile cellphone tower closest to my house has been down since October of 2023 - but I didn't know that and neither did the sales guy I spoke to. The service never worked, but tech support strung me along for more than a month. Then on the 11th or 12th call to customer support, they sent me to an actual tech guy and that guy saw where there is no way I can get an adequate cell service because THE COMPANY HAD NEGLECTED TO FIX ITS TOWER FOR MORE THAN A YEAR. There was no word on when they would ever get around to it. I 1) had to get new service 2) had to swallow a whopping $600 + charge on my phone upgrade (I had upgraded a perfectly good phone in August -- but POOF! -- because THE CELLPHONE TOWER IS NOT REPAIRED I got new service and the upgrade deal turned into A $600 CHARGE.) There is no one to complain to, customer service can do NOTHING. Merry Christmas. read more

My sister and I were told by three different stores that if I added a new line, the price would be fixed. Less than two weeks after we both set up new phones, they raised prices on us. Top-notch customer service. We came in for the samsung 21 trade-in promotion. Brett helped us tremendously in explaining the trade-in process as well as the financial aspect of the promotion as transparent and simple as it could possibly be done. He was very patient and friendly in answering our questions. He and his coworkers (a lady and a young man) greeted every customer that came in while assisting their current client without feeling like they are in a rush. Looking for an iPhone? Keep on going to one of the Apple Stores. A horrible dishonest company that is not loyal to its long-term customers! I purchased a brand new phone from Tmobile and the phone was defective and started having issues about a week after I received the phone. This company gave me the run around for a sold month, instead of replacing the phone. I wasted hours on the phone with different customer service reps only to be told that it was out of warranty now and I was only going to get a refurbished phone, but still have to pay full price for a new phone! After spending more of my time and energy dealing with customers over the price of the refurbished phone I was told I was going to be credited and would not have to worry about paying for the new phone just the refurbished phone! Now that I accepted the refurbished phone, have been told I was never told I was going to get credited! So I turned them into the BBB! Now months later Tmobile is telling BBB that the phone had screen damage! This is the first I have heard about this! The phone did not have any damage because it never worked in the first place! Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TMOBILE! read more

My Newer Smartphone was without a Screen Protector for a while, but I fixed that... today... at this T Mobile Store at Cascade Station. I was greeted and told by a Member of T Mobile's Staff that I would be helped in a few minutes. There were Two Customers already being helped, and a third T Mobile Employee was on the phone helping someone. I did NOT wait very long. As Luck would have it, the Screen Protector I needed for my Smartphone was in stock. It was installed by the T Mobile Employee in no time, and I left shortly after that ... out the Other door... facing the Cascades MAX Platform. This time, while I was inside the Store, I heard a Jet Landing or Taking Off from the nearby PDX Airport.... and it was confirmed that Yes, it was a Jet. Apparently, Jets fly overhead most of the Time. It was also Sprinkling a little bit as I walked into this T Mobile location... but, it stopped Sprinkling just before I walked outside. read more

I don't know why this store has other lower reviews, all the staff at the store jumped to help customers quickly and were polite and helpful. Dylan in particular was very helpful and very awesome; definitely ask for him! His customer service was out of this world! Wow, what a horrible experience I just had there today! Having problems with receiving the ETF refund and have been there three times trying to correct it. One of the employees told me to bring in the proper paperwork and he'd take care of it. That's what I did today but he wasn't there so I had to deal with the store manager instead. The manager handed me a phone number to call and said that's all he could do. I told him that the employee asked me to come in and he'd take care of it and that's when the manager got snippy and never helped me fix the problem. Here's why I rate the place as one star: While the line employees are great, I've dealt with a few of them and they are super-helpful, the manager sets the tone of the place and if this is his tone then I'd recommend customers go elsewhere. read more

Went in this weekend to return my Galaxy Note 7, due to the recall that T-Mobile sold me. When I attempted to get rid of this faulty and dangerous phone, David Turel refused to exchange it. He was very short with me and kept repeating, out loud, in front of multiple other customers that we were on a payment plan and the amount that we needed to pay. In response to any questions he would only repeat the amount that we owed, louder than before or tell us that we could buy the 800$ phone outright. This is not a way to keep customers, this experience has driven us to stop doing business with T-Mobile as soon as we are able. I have never been treated this way by a customer service representative and was astounded to find that David resorted to public shaming in an attempt to get us out of his hair. Not to mention that T-Mobile sold me a phone that is now illegal to carry on a plane, and now they refuse to take it back. When we called later that day and spoke with the manager about our experience in his store he attempted to smooth things over, claiming that he was in the store at the time and that he did not see anyone leave upset. There were two employees in the store at the time, one was David and the other was a female, not the manager that we spoke with on the phone. If the manager was actually there he would have seen how poorly we were treated. Safe to say, I will never return to this store again and would advise others to avoid it as well unless they are looking to be publicly humiliated. counting the days until we no longer are roped into this corporation. read more

The manager circled by who chatted with me a bit and introduced himself. He was super friendly and helped the employee convert my account to a business plan which seemed very quick and easy. Go to this T-Mobile if you can! Why? Because the customer service is extraordinary! I was on a mission to purchase a new phone today, and I first went to the Mall 205 location. Bad decision. Because, the girl who was "helping" me had such an attitude (IE: crossing her arms, not answering questions, snarky tone of voice, rolling her eyes, etc) and I was so turned off by her behavior towards a paying customer, That I left. Then I went to this location by the Airport, and my experience was so much better. First off, I was greeted when I walked in. The guy who greeted me and my mom, was super friendly. And made sure we knew we were being helped. Then we got this guy Kyle who was so amazing! He explained in great detail the difference of the 2 phones which I was debating against getting (iPhone 5s, and iPhone 5C) and on top of that he answered all the questions I had, and made me feel really good about the purchase I was getting ready to make. These guys do get commission, so I would really suggest coming here, because you will be helped right away, everyone is super friendly, and the whole vibe of the store is just great. Thank you Kyle! I love my new phone! read more
