Great customer service and very efficient assistance! I lost my phone over the weekend. It's Monday morning, and I try for an hour and a half to activate an old phone until my replacement phone arrives. I couldn't do it online because I forgot my pin and just couldn't figure out how to unsuspended my line. I walked into the store right at opening (10am) and I was greeted by the first rep who is already working with a customer. Within a few seconds another gentleman named Edward greeted me warmly. I told him about my situation. Edward asked a few questions and was very understanding of my stress. He was so helpful and within five minutes, reactivated my phone at set me up for a new pin. I am so grateful. This storefront is very clean, pathetic, and it's very spacious. If you need anything from T-mobile this is a place to go with great customer service and plenty of goodies. T-Mobile customer service, and its representatives who complete your contract with you, is unhelpful and does not disclose all information. I signed my contract back in November of 2025, and I am still dealing with incorrect charges on my phone bill, this April 2026. When I signed a contract with a manager from Torrance, it was under the impression that I would be getting a credit each month for the 3 phones I got with them on the Beyond Plan (meaning I will not be charged for the new phones that are under $1000). This plan is for unlimited texts and data for 3 new lines, totaling about $180 for the month. What he failed to mention are the conditions that needed to be met for this plan: I had to port in numbers, AND that there are certain companies, like Mint Mobile, that are excluded as valid port in companies. NONE of this was revealed to me, and I depended on the manager's honesty and representation when I signed the agreement. I have been on the phone EACH month with T-Mobile customer reps to fix this issue (since all this importing information was not disclosed to me at the time of signing), and it has not been corrected. When I reached out to the reps in stores, they tell me they cannot do anything and that I need to call 611 T-Mobile customer service to fix this issue. Customer service takes no accountability and denies the credit based on rules that I was never told, and continues to give me the run around so that I have to call each month. Additionally, there were rebates attached to this phone plan, and I was not informed that there is a rebate website where you needed to submit your information in order for them to review and make a decision. This type of customer service is dishonest and gives salespeople a bad name. Whether the salesperson truly did not understand all the fine print or chose not to disclose it, acting in such a way is dishonest and fraudulent, because this is deceptive, and really a bait and switch to get you to sign but do not honor the requirements you believe you are getting. read more

The rude fat lady/manager just shook her head at me in disgust and went back to her phone, and the black employee looked back at me and said they couldn't help. To the manager/supervisor/owner of this store location...you need to make sure your employees are trained on how to speak with customers appropriately. My husband and I went to this location this afternoon between 3-4pm. When we went in, there were no customers and there were 2 agents/staff...a young lady and a young man who were both sitting on the tables and on their computers. It was the young man who spoke with us. We have been long time customers of AT and T and we just wanted to find out if we may be able to get a better deal with T mobile. My husband told the young man that were wanted to get information on any promotions/deals and if he can help us save some money. He said "I can help you spend money." When he said that, I should have told my husband let's get out of here. My husband said to him again that we were interested in what deals T mobile has. He asked a bunch of questions about our phones which we answered. Then he said "how much are you paying with AT and T?" My husband again said to him "just tell me what promos you have." He then said "Well I need to know how much you're paying so I can tell you if I can give you a better deal." I just laughed and looked at my husband and we walked out. I've had T-Mobile for awhile now and was happy with their service, but one day I came in because i had some issues with my phone. David, a sales rep helped me fix my phone and at the same time, he looked over my plan and told me I had an out dated plan and that he could change it. He gave me a better plan with more data and even saved me $20 a month. My new plan also let me use my phone in Korea and China. I had free internet and texting on both trips! I tell my friends and coworkers to always go to someone that you can trust in the cell phone business so I'm glad I found a store with ppl I can trust. read more

I've been coming here for years and the staff always takes care of my family and I from billing discrepancies to simple sim card upgrades. Regardless of what other reviewers have said, based from my experiences, the staff here wants to help me save money. During one visit, one of the staff members noticed that our grandfather plan was a bit outdated and said that we were paying too much for the services we were receiving. He explained to us his recommendations and we are now receiving unlimited calls/texts/data for about $20 cheaper. Just a side note: you might have to wait a couple of minutes because this location can get busy depending on what day/time you visit. I was told I have 30days to return the merchandise.I go to the store return this brand new never been used ph and was denied to get my $1400 back.Tmobile was able to take $1400 directly off my debit card and that's all they cared about. As an Elite Yelper, my BAD for not checking Yelp reviews right before walking in. What was I thinking. DH really wanted to save on our monthly bill by switching over and it was a last minute deal. He was told it was $70 per month with 3 lines. Total LIE or HUGE mistake. (How do you misunderstand your own offers?) We were in there for a few hours for a process that should have taken an hour at most. We didn't have this experience previously at the Sprint store or Best Buy for that matter. It was in and out. We added $30 for my phone upgrade. That I get. So the next day, DH went to check in with them to ask some questions and the manager there says the bill is actually $150. WTH?! Sure it's a savings from our last plan but this was clearly a bait and switch. They apologized. I still find it hard to believe they didn't know since the manager was right next to the sales girl during the entire transaction and must have overheard her. Either she pulled a fast one on us or must be so new at this job. If this is how they are trained and how they operate a biz, I'm looking for another deal. All T-Mobile stores look like corporate operations, but they're not. They are most likely franchise operations, including this one. I lost my iPhone last weekend so I stopped here to get a replacement phone. I picked up one of the lowest grade phones: LG Leon. This is a terrible phone that doesn't have auto focus. It doesn't have manual focus either for its camera. I looked online and there were multiple complaints about the camera. Don't get me wrong. I wasn't expecting the best quality camera. It has a 5 m.p. camera. But how would anyone expect it to lack the ability to focus? I stopped in today and the store imposed a $50 restocking fee for an exchange. I argued against it since the phone is defective. The manager gave me a lecture about how I can't expect such a cheap phone to have a good quality camera. I explained that I wasn't expecting a quality camera, but I was expecting a WORKING camera nevertheless. He begrudgingly agreed to allow me to trade in this phone without a restocking fee. He was condescending with his superior knowledge of phones. He was such an arrogant manager. I have been going to this particular TMobile for years, but this was my last time here. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had a Tmobile after being a customer for 18 years! Andrew, who is supposed to be a mobile expert, did not have a clue on how to give customer service. I had just upgraded to an S9 a week ago and bought the cover and protector. He put the tempered glass screen protector on the day I bought it. It slipped off after 3 days of having the phone. I went back today, 7 days after purchase, and he said he couldn't return it and I would have to go through the distributor. Went in to get a phone real quick because my phone died and i needed a new on asap. Looked at a Lg g6 and the rep that was helping me was telling that i can get a free Lg tablet. I declined because i didnt want to open a line. But he was pushing it that i can cancel the line in 6 months. I still declined and went ahead with my purchase. A few days later i find that a transaction for a tablet line was open on my account. We called customer care and they said the transaction was open 40 minutes after the purchase the Lg g6 at the same location. So what had happen the rep used my account to get a free tablet. Place is crooked. Now im still waiting for a complete investigation while my account was charged for the extra line. Too much of a hassle after giving my trust to this provider. Horrible customer service, actually non - existent customer service. Came in after i lost my Note 4, brought in my old unlocked Verizon S3 to activate. They told me that since its verizon it cant connect to the internet, and i should get a new phone. I go home, do some research and BOOM! theres a simple " how to guide" on t-mobile.com. I went back to the store to tell the associate that there was in fact a way to connect to the internet, however; then i was approached my MR.TIHN the manager, telling me, and i quote. "why are you back here, we already know how to do that, I DIDNT tell you there was no way to connect to the internet the ASSOCIATE did." Me being a little dumbfounded by his dumbass comment replied, arent you the manager so there fore, responsible for his actions? All i want is LTE connection since the an agent over the phone told me there should be no problem as long as my phone is unlocked and that to head over to a t-mobile store and they should be happy to help you out. Then Mr. Thin replied, " I CAN REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE, LEAVE NOW! THERE IS NO WAY FOR YOU TO CONNECT TO LTE!!" UPDATE: today i chat with T-mobile technical specialist about the LTE connection, he says my phone is compatible with the LTE service and that my area should have great connection. I don't have their service myself, but I brought my friend here to upgrade her phone, It was super busy for the 4 sales reps on duty. Each worker was already speaking to someone, but as soon as he got a chance, one of the men came over and put her name on a waiting list. Took maybe 10 mins or so for him to approach and get her name on the list. Not a big deal since we were still debating about which phone was best for her. Alan came over to help. Aww, he was very nice and patient with us. (She had quite a number of questions for him). He eventually cleared things up, got us the phone, and we were on our merry way. Within a few hours my friend kept saying how she was so glad she got the phone that she did. She kept commenting how it was perfect for her usage. About a month ago I went to see what was the process to witch to Tmobile from Sprint and I talked to one of the managers that I do not wish to mention his name. We talked and I was ready to switch, but during the conversation I found out it was costly to switch and I didn't. And the person I talked to was constantly misinforming me so he can get his commission or meet his quota or whatever and I left. A month later I went back to switch and to my surprise this manager had already opened an account with 3 lines under my name without my permission and when I back to talk to him he was rude and unprofessional. Although they need to work on there mobile apps. I hate going into stores because of the wait and having to dealing with someone. This store however is different. The store manager Mr. Tinh Le was very knowledgeable and can speak Vietnamese very well. He was able to communicate with my mom whose been having problems with her Samsung s6.
