Tried to get a replacement for a screen protector. We were given a cheaper kind since the one we got with lifetime coverage was discontinued. Not until i showed and read the receipt the staff then acknowledged it and gave us the difference in store credit. Make sure you all pay attention! So disappointing. They should just close this since staff dont event want to be there!

Chuck felt bad, got the Denon rep involved and kept me informed thru the whole procedure. Love the system. Chuck and Misty are not "salespeople". Horrible, pathetic company…read more I purchased a brand-new $4,000 television from this seller, and it arrived defective. Due to installation timing, I was unable to mount and test the TV until after the standard 30-day return window had closed. I reasonably assumed a brand-new, premium television would work out of the box. Instead of standing behind a high-ticket item, their customer service refused to offer any help, exchange, or support, hiding behind Amazon's minimum 30-day policy. It is unacceptable for a company to offer zero support on a defective $4,000 electronics purchase. Do not risk your money with this horrible seller.

I broke my work laptop charging cable, and my old laptop doesn't hold a charge without being plugged in. I NEED a laptop for work. After panicking, I called a couple places which didn't have what I needed. I called C&A and immediately the own was like "yeah I have it, come by and bring the laptop." I drove over, showed them the problem, and was out the door in 5 minutes since I needed to get back to work. They took care of my huge problem in the span of 20 minutes. I really appreciate the help, the speed of service, and the low cost of the item!

My gf and I walked straight to the toys section in the back ready to do irreparable damage to my Chase Sapphire Preferred Card. As we bent the corner to aisle 5A, nostalgia hit me like a 1990 Buster Douglas. The last time I was here I was probably 10 years old, begging my parents to buy me every nerf gun on the shelf. I locked back in, but soon became overwhelmed with the sheer volume of kids toys, and how much better they've gotten. I first spotted a X Shot Gatling Motor Soaker ($39.99), that is essentially a water cannon turret. It said ages 8+, but how could I not? My girlfriend had to talk me out of countless other 8+ items, but I might spin the block and buy them for myself. The advancement in nerf gun technology is fascinating. In total I spent $300 on toys and filled a life-sized stocking with toys for him, as my personal theme for his party was "Christmas in July." Best $300 I've ever spent. The Motor Soaker was a HUGE hit at his function, with everyone from the ages of 2 to 86 taking their turn with it. Some things in life truly transcend the changing tastes that come with aging. There were these cool jeans on clearance but the price tag was not there and they looked it up and I told the cashier there were several jeans there. The store is highly disorganized in their clearance section. I also went to try to get water. They are out of stock and so I also didn't like that. Also when I went to checkout and paid for the item I bought and requested cash back the cashier was spaced and didn't give me my item. I was seriously super patient but they were just out of it from beginning to end. I personally don't like this location and won't come back again.

I've been doing business with Pascal since before he opened his shop, and I can't count the number of times he has helped me with computer crashes, cracked screens, broken charging ports, iPhone issues--you name it. Pascal is approachable, patient, and very knowledgeable about technology. Over the years, he has saved me a lot of money.
