This store is fantastic - especially the manager West. I'd had issues at other stores with either people not being knowledgeable and even straight up unhygienic to the point of not being able to talk to them without feeling distracted. this store was my last hope when it easily should have been my first stop. West not only handled all my question with ease and understanding, but he keeps the place SUPER neat and clean, while also going above and beyond for his customers. He could tell I was uneasy transferring from an old phone to a new one, so he personally set it all up, down to applying my screen protector. if I could give West and Co. more than 5-stars, I absolutely would. If you have any issues at all, go to this location. Although they don't carry some of the products at this physical branch, they're more than happy to get you set up once you have them. I came into the store to see how I can lower my bill. The rep reviewed my account and told me to add an additional line to save $100.00. I was hesitant but the agent reassured me that my monthly bill will be lowered. As of recent I've noticed my bill actually INCREASED MONTHLY over $100.00. I am actually spending more money than I anticipated. I would not recommend adding services with AT&T ; the reps are only there to upsell services instead of assisting current long lasting customers. read more

I went in last week to change my service back to AT&T (Spectrum mobile is awful. They mixed my account up with someone else's who had the same name. And when that other person called to disconnect their line, they disconnected mine, which had horrible timing because it coincided with when my Ring alarm went off and I never got the call from Ring to stop a false alarm. I got billed almost $300 for the police to come out and Spectrum offered me a few measly dollars for their horrible mistake.) The guys working at the AT&T were fantastic with helping me switch my service over and with getting a new phone. When my phone came in, they helped me set it up. I just really need to get assistance to get new sim card for businesses or may be getting new number for next location. Doing business at an AT&T Store can be hit or miss. This store is fantastic due to the efforts of Arturo. I stopped in with my 91 year-old mother-in-law to switch her from her own Verizon plan to my family's ATT plan. Arturo made the process painless. He quickly made the switch and set-up my mother-in-law's new iPhone. The next day, she was having a problem with the phone and came back to the store. He quickly solved that problem as well. i came in to do a trade in on my phone so that i could upgrade to the iphone 15 pro. the service was okay -- the employee wasn't rude, but i felt the whole interaction was dismissive. also, i wasn't aware att stores don't carry the 1tb iphone 15, or at least that was my understanding from what the employee told me. read more

I upgraded my phone here and the guy seemed nice and helpful at the time, come to find out he added $100 worth of charges to my monthly bill for things I did not authorize, did not mention a word of it to me. Unfortunately this is the same at every AT&T store. They hope you won't notice or won't make the effort to fight for the charges. He also told me I had to buy 4 accessories to get a 20% discount when the receipt shows I only had to buy 3. Such a scam but par for the course for AT&T!!! Whoa I came in with my kids to buy a phone case for my son's new phone. George was the name of the man that helped me out. He found the accessories pretty quick, and then it went downhill from there. I'm not sure how I mentioned Drake texting Millie Bobby Brown, but that's when things took a turn for the weird. He mentioned Millie being pretty, I said yeah, but there's no reason a grown man should be texting an underage girl. He then said it's the social media, and a few other weird excuses for pedophilia. I came into this AT&T store because is so close to my house and the guys that work there are the best. They are super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Louis helped me the first time when I ordered my phone there. I thought I was going to get it in 2-3 weeks, my phone arrived the following week. I came back the day it arrived, I called and Louis answered and told me it was there, when I got there Louis & Julio helped me set up my phone and took care of everything. Julio knew exactly what he was doing and he couldn't of made it any easier for me to get my phone situated, because everyone knows it's a pain to get your phone set up. I came into the store to upgrade my current phone after the online way failed. After much run around with the store and the phone support I went instore where the salesperson finally says they can start the upgrade but only after conferring with I'm guessing his manager (never introduced himself just sat in the background on his phone mumbling with the salesperson) they try to sell me on AT&T fiber. After rejecting their fiber offer, the manager mumbles something about not wanting to save money (good sales tactic) and instead tries selling me on an unlimited offer with no fine print details whatsoever which again I reject. This was the most bizarre interaction I've ever had to just get a phone upgraded. I despise AT&T's customer service (if you can even call it that) and sales tactics they only seek to pull scams on you for more money, pathetic. This place is no exception. read more

I was at this location to buy a plan and new phone, it was pretty packed so I was there for about two hrs , the worker who was there was so disrespectful. she was the only one there today Sunday December 10 i was in line to get a plan and watched her disrespectfully speak to another costumer and to who ever was on the phone with the old lady she was giving a hard time yelling at who ever was on the phone about being a criminal and something about jail, she sounded threatening, so I walked out and now I am going to just go to a different store when I visit California this week. PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING. Mike (Store Manager) is a scam artist. I am still trying to undo the mess he made on my plan. Mike changed my plan without my permission, added an extra line without my permission, and signed me up for a veterans discount program (you guessed it - without my permission) claiming he was doing me a favor. My monthly bill went up +$205, which is how I found out. After returning to the store to ask him about it, he played dumb and told me I'd have to call customer service. I still have retained my service with AT&T, but this store gave me plenty of misinformation when I was looking to decide to continue with the Apple upgrade program or AT&T's. I was told hard inquiries would be run on my credit report, I was told I would have to opt in to a plan even though I'm grandfathered into my current plan. AT&T is running an inefficient program. There is one retail clerk and it has taken her over an hour to set up a customer account. Meanwhile the line gets longer and longer and they don't take appointments. This review should not reflect the retail clerk but rather AT&T as a whole. Total nightmare. read more

Walked into this store and wasn't noticed. I stood there in the front for about 2-3mins before anyone said anything to me. The store was empty, with one other customer there. A girl that was sitting down at the table, was on a personal call and told them "I'll call you back when I get off." And still she didn't help! The guy finally said, do you need any help?! I said, yeah! I mean I walked in, I thought that was what you guys suppose to say right? :/ The worker that was on the personal called said, "I didn't even notice you there, my bad." Lady with unkept long fingernails like in a nightclub was unable to update my phone . Didn't know that ATT phones are not the same as regular phones and that they need an ATT Sim to pull updates from the carrier. Known fact. We had an absolutely amazing experience here! Fredy is the man! Our family was on the verge of switching to t-mobile but he helped us clean up our old plan that had lots of older, unused devices on it we were still paying for! Visited the store on a Saturday afternoon. As we walked in (no other customers in the store), the associate was watching MMA boxing on TV, and did not get up to offer us help. We asked it they have "the new Samsung flip phone," and was told "no." We ended up finding it in the store, then asked if we could hold it. Was also told "no" on that. Was not offered any info about the phone or any other assistance. We left, and will go buy it at another AT&T location. read more

There was only employee working at this store when I went in. The woman was completely unprofessional and rude. She was finishing setting up two phones a couple was purchasing and while they were loading the customer suggested she get started helping the other people in the store. The employee said she didn't want to do more than one thing at once. She refused to give me a time estimate of how long it would take for her to finish. Then a dog came into the store and she stopped what she was doing to give the dog treats, chit chat with the owner and go wash her hands in the back leaving everyone in the store waiting on her. After an hour of waiting I called a different at&t location and went there. To top it all off the employee told me to not go to other at&t corporate locations since they were slow and would not provide good service. Definitely will not go back to this location. read more
