I had a very frustrating experience at the T-Mobile store. My family and I went in planning to get new phones, and the representative assisting us, Caitlyn Cleoni, told us we would receive a 20% discount and explained what our total payment would be that day. Based on the information she gave us, we decided to move forward with the process. However, after spending over three hours in the store, and after we had already selected the phones and were ready to pay, we were suddenly told that once our credit was run we would only qualify to finance a certain amount. This resulted in a much higher down payment than what we were originally told. This was extremely frustrating because this information could have easily been checked at the very beginning instead of after hours of waiting and going through the entire process. Had we known the correct information upfront, we would not have wasted so much time. Unfortunately, due to the misinformation and lack of transparency, we decided not to proceed with the purchase. I understand that credit approvals can affect pricing, but the way this was handled felt very unprofessional and poorly communicated. Customers' time should be respected, and expectations should be set accurately from the start. read more

I recently had my account closed and went into this store to get assistance reactivating my account. The representative proceeded to tell me the only thing I could do is contact customer service. I then proceeded to ask how I can do that if I do not have an active phone. I was basically told to figure it out with the help of somebody else, meaning the representative would not help me. I later found out, that ALL Tmobile stores had equipped with a landline phone SPECIFICALLY for contacting customer service once a customer has completed ID Verification (which I did). I leave this review in hopes that the staff at this location receive proper training to understand ALL of the tools and processes at their disposal and how to best assist customers moving forward. I am a T mobile customer of 10+ years and this situation almost made me switch carriers. read more

Please don't go to this store or any T-mobile for that matter. If you are thinking about switching carriers, run away from T-mobile. They are not up front with fees and costs. They give you no printouts of your bill that you agree upon. In particular, I hate to say because he was a brotha do not do business with Chris at this facility. He definitely sold me and lied to get me to change up my phone and my bill is SIGNIFICANTLY higher than what was discussed when I left that store. I had a bad experience at this location. My phone died, and I needed another. I got this sales associate. I think his name was Jose. I was prepared to give him my information so he could look up my account when he rudely said, "tell me why you are here." I told him that my phone had died and I needed to get another one. I have a T- Mobile business account, and my phone has insurance. He told me that he doesn't know the policy at Sprint, but T-Mobile doesn't replace phones in the store. I am not sure what bothered me the most: he was rude and dismissive, or he kept referring to his speculation on Sprint's replacement policy even when I told him that I am a T-Mobile customer. Funny thing, I went home, got in touch with a T-Mobile customer service rep, filled out a claim, and had my replacement phone shipped that day. Although I got my phone at the end of the day, I hope that arrogant sales associate, who I believe the name is Jose loses his job to AI. Let's see if AI can better retain customers than a sales associate with a sour attitude. Maybe AI will be patient enough to ask for my information to determine if I am a customer before it starts to rudely dismiss a long-time customer. Bought a Galaxy S23+ for wife's B-Day. Greeted by entire staff at walk in. Store was extremely busy but was personally met by Assistant Manager Merida. A young man, Andrew, helped us with the numerous questions I had, I hate this new technology and wish that the rotary phones and actual live customer service reps answer the phone when a person calls for assistance then after 20 minutes you are directed out of the country to speak with people who don't understand how to help you oh wait! I'm off the subject. Well Andrew was professional, attentive, extremely knowledgeable and in my opinion, truthful and did not try to oversell any product and made suggestions of only things that we could use. We are extremely appreciative for his attention to duty. The phone was ordered and delivered to our home a few days later. We returned to have the phone activated and met with Carlos who was just as impressive with his helpfulness. Andrew took over after he was done with his customer. I've been a long time T-Mobile customer and would not switch to another carrier even when they promise you the moon and the stars. I have been with Tmobile since 2002 and he is by far thee BEST I have encountered. He allowed us time to make a decision, he set up both phones (upgraded from S10+ to a Note+) with no hesitation and 2 tablets (part of a promotion if eligible) and had us in and out within an hour of walking in. During the process we chatted, laughed and became BFF's. He was friendly, attentive and most of all consistent with his service from beginning to end. Even his Manager Princess (very polite and friendly as well) came over to see if he needed assistance on all that he was doing but he was just about done! T-Mobile, I have been a loyal customer of yours with my business account for about 4 1/2 years going on the fifth year with you. I have never had experienced any issues with you all until I made the horrible decision of adding an additional line to my account. Once I added the additional my bill has been way to much not to mention the representative in the store failed to add insurance to the newly added line and new device. Long story short when the insurance was needed it was not available. I have called on three separate occasions and have been told three different things by each representative the last representative informed me that I needed to go into the store I purchased the device from and deal with my issue at the store since they are the one that sold me the phone. So here I am at the store today August 21,2019 I arrived at this location and David the retail store manager assisted me. Before he assisted me another gentleman Daniel tried to assist once I explained my situation he said hold on and I assume he went and got the manager David. David said hello and asked how can I help you ? So I was a little annoyed and said oh the other gentleman didn't inform you as to what was going on and he said he did but he wanted to hear it from me, so I said no problem and explained to him my issue of the insurance not being ordered on my second line with the brand new XR and I further went into detail of when I purchased the phone so on and so forth. I also explained to him for some reason I have no access to my bill pdf format on my phone. He was a little sarcastic at first saying oh you can look at your bill on your phone or you can pay $1.99 extra a month for a paper bill. I said ok I was never told about the extra $2.00 charge to receive a paper bill because I would have been did it. And he said and you can look on your phone. So I told him that my phone does not have me listed as primary and I can't see the bill. And said mhmm ( as if he was implying I was lying like yeah right) so once I heard that bit of sarcasm I proceeded to show him on my device that it does not have me listed as primary and when I click bill nothing shows up. So at this point I'm super irritated and I say at this point I don't even want to be a t mobile customer I will pay off my devices and take my service to Verizon. This guy "the manager " tells me I understand you can change providers. No sort of thanks for being a loyal customer or nothing. No hate to see you leave let me see what I can do... just a I could care less if you remain a customer. I was flabbergasted. It took it as straight disrespect. They remodeled this location since my last visit and it looks very professional however, it appears to be less space and smaller waiting area. I was greeted and assisted by Corry Cuington he was very patient, detailed and friendly. I went with my 2yr old daughter and my jogger stroller took up a lot of space within the new isles and I became concerned for others but he assured me it was fine and not a problem. I'm enjoying my new phone and I'm happy with the customer services provided. He offered some suggestions on how to reduce our family plan for a few dollars. Very helpful! Today I had some of the worst customer service from Edgar. He was extremely rude from the beginning of me checking to inquire about switching lines and purchasing a new phone. He was very snappy from the beginning of me asking questions he even went as far as saying that " I have a low credit score and that I probably should get the line under mom but she probably has low credit also" mind you he never even ran my credit or even entered anything on the computer to even know who I was. It was extremely unprofessional of him. It made me feel less than and I definitely will not be continuing my service with T-Mobile. I even called the store and spoke to Edgar and he didn't apologize when I spoke to him over the phone. He didn't even care all he said was "okay, I'm just used to dealing with people these issues and I wanted to set the standards beforehand." I said " but you know nothing about how can you even start off like that it is unfair to approach a situation like that. I told him I hope he never treats another customer or make another customer feel remotely how he made me feel." I hope this issue is resolved and he is educated on how to treat others because it's beyond being a customer it's about being a human being. read more

I asked them to ship it and they didnt not inform me that i could have gotten the phone the phone i wanted sooner. They made me drive and hour away to another store to pick up a phone and when i got there they didnt even sell me the phone. I will NEVER be going to this store again. I have had terrible experiences in the past at other retail stores so needless to say, I wasn't expecting very much. But Esteban was amazing; courteous and patient, helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and so professional. No sense of urgency. Employees just taking their sweet ass time. Crowd full of pissed off and angry customers just waiting with no line movement in about 20 minutes time. I was literally in there for 20 minutes they didn't even call over the next person in line. Then I saw an employee on her break texting on the cell phone. I understand you get break time. But the management could have asked her to work a little bit to clear the angry and huffing and puffing crowds and then let her resume the break. I'm really glad I switched from AT&T BUT THIS SLOW SERVICE WAS RIDICULOUS! Luckily my home T Mobile store is MUCH better than this one. read more

I went to this T-mobile store after my mom had a bad experience at the T-mobile on El Segundo and Hawthorne Blvd. She needed a phone ASAP and that store said the phone she picked out would be there today because they had none in stock. It wasn't. She has health problems, so waiting that long for a phone is a no go. Which brought me to Imperial and Crenshaw store. I was greeted by several people as I entered, but it was Benjamin who knew based on the description I gave, what phone my mom said she had picked out at the other store. It was comparable to her old phone. He went to the back and came back with a phone and in less than an hour, I was out of there with a new phone for my mom.
