Switched plan from one company to this. Was told we qualify for this program even if someone doesn't have good credit or social. I needed to activate 2 phones that were shipped in as well. I had been without a phone for 5 days. Upon being helped we were told if we didn't have an account number from T-Mobile they couldn't help us. She later asked for Social Security number which I told her my previous company said I didn't need to provide one or have good credit for this promotion. She replied with "oh Ok" . She asked for ID and after a few minutes, returned back the ID and said that the last name did not match the account so we had to go home call customer service to update our last name and then go back into the store. When we call customer service they said the representative from store had to call customer service herself to verify that the person in front of her was the one making the account changes. Customer service advised we go to a t mobile store with expertise experience which I did. When I went in and explained everything she said they always get complaints from this store, she also said the lady from this century location could've asked for a second identification method which proved the first name matched and the last name was different (proving it was the same person). All of this was just so messy and it caused frustration over the last name. I was sent home with instructions to call customer service only for customer service to tell me this could've easily been done IN STORE. Caused me a third drive to a different location that had competent workers. PS. The account number she was asking for in the beginning?? she could've easily said it was the temporary phone numbers of the lines I was activating. -- although I didn't get a name, I can describe her as short Latina with round glasses. There was another way taller lady with glasses, it wasn't the taller gal unfortunately I didn't get a name. read more

Over all the store is clean and employees are on top of it but over all except for one employee, miguel "Miggy" very unprofessional obviously just wanted to make his quota sales that day he forgot to respond to me to let me know when the new product would arrive which they didn't have at the time so I had to get a more expensive one for the meantime but was going to get Re-compensated later any way he even gave me his number to communicate with him which I did mf read it and ignored me so I had to go down to the store to find out myself and luckily a gentleman helped me forgot his name but he just moved from Nevada to La real Big help ! I was in there this afternoon and I was having trouble with my front camera on my new phone but only on WhatsApp and another app. The back camera worked on those apps, just not the front. The manager, Joel, explained that since it's a 3rd party app, I would need to contact Facebook because they own WhatsApp. And then after he said it, he said umm I'm not sure if you'd even get in contact with anyone on the phone. He then said, let me see if I can check a few things. After he checked my settings, everything was in order, he checked my updates and saw that I needed to do that. He walked me through the process, explained that there could be multiple updates and there were 2 updates that I needed to do. He said I could wait in the store but I went home. Everyone be careful T-Mobile has a representative named Jocelyn Almazan  Who works at the T-Mobile on century off of Crenshaw she  tell you she cannot work on your phone and refer you to a third party Repair service and they pretend to work on your phone and say they need to order a part. give it back to you still broke with the wrong sim card and they take your iimportant information to access your accounts.  Once realized your memory card is missing.   Go back and they play dumb and forget how to speak English.   Now I have someone else sim card, a broke phone and accounts I have to freeze. BEWARE OF 2 SCAMMERS HERE... Shane Kizzee has been fired! And manager RAFAEL GUTIERREZ is next! Both individuals claimed to give my wife and I 2 FREE trackers & a FREE JBL speaker because we had been with Sprint & now T-Mobile for many years & because we have excellent credit! "Oh wow, that's so awesome right !?!" WRONG... Months later our phone bill goes up to $50 more a month... you guessed it right, we were unaware of the payments we where making for the devices that claimed to be free. We have disputed this to them and their response was "you signed the contract"! Wow! Really ! I hardly post negatively but this one is for the books. In the process of contacting corporate. Stay safe out there folks and stay away from these scammers! Lesson learned: always go over your contract before signing anything. I am so glad to be leaving T-Mobile service. I went there to do a data transfer then activate my new phone but first the man said it is after 6 pm and we don't do that service close quitting time 12April2025. I asked if he would tell me how I could do it myself. He told me to sit tight and he would get back to me. He was actually doing something else. So I waited. He came back and asked for my phone. I handed it to him. He started to look for a tool on his key chain to open my phone. I asked him not to open it. He asked me why not. I told him the sales person I bought it from told me not to open my phone because he already put a SIM card in it, but the T-Mobile man said but your phone has no SIM card. I told him, yes it does. He insisted that I did not know what I was talking about. I told him to give me my phone back because it appeared he was going to open it anyway. I told him thanks and as I was walking out, he said something to the others and they laughed. As I walked out the store. I checked my settings and the SIM card is inserted but pending activation. I just wanted the data transferred. I am glad to be leaving service plans that disregard and do not understand what I need...!!! Best customer service ever, I will always come to this T-mobile! I once had a problem with "Get one year of AAA on us", and although there was no solution to the problem, after I purchased the AAA subscription, the next year for free was added so easily because of this route! And they always help me with stuff whenever I come in. Best customer service ask for Ruby he was very helpful and kind! I had previously gone to two T-Mobile stores prior to this one for a trade in they literally gave me the run around saying that it would take an hour for a trade in, in order to transfer all of my information to the new phone which was not true. The service here is terrible and the MANAGER Rafael Gutierrez snapped at me because he failed to acknowledge me before he proceeded to help another customer that came after me and another customer! All I said to him was "excuse me" and he said " Did I say I was helping him" wow! So not called for when I just wanted him to know that the line for service was behind me, very unprofessional!! He needs to be retrained in customer service because that was so rude! He also failed to let me know that they stop transferring info to new phones after 7pm when I said I would be back with my info at 7:02pm (I returned at 7:24pm) Just because their becoming a monopoly doesn't mean they treat their customers like crap, I will take my service to boost mobile or cricket once my lease is up (unacceptable) read more

I just got out of my favorite T-Mobile store a few minutes ago and as usual, leaving a very happy and satisfied customer. The team of workers here are phenomenal. You gotta see them in action as they all work together, sharing information as they work to resolve any issues you may have. Yesterday Vu was the main salesperson helping me get migrated to the T-Mobile network and some issues came up and all his co-workers were right there to assist him. Erica, Eddie, and Vu were working as a strong team together and I left the store very happy. I had a little issue and had to go back there a couple of days later and Kevin was there to resolve it in less than 10 minutes. I love these guys! read more

Since tmobile took over sprint my service sucks a**. I am so frustrated with the service. They had me thinking that it was the phone. 3 replaced phones (all paid for) and 1 upgraded phone at additional cost and I am having the same issues.
