Please don't come here!!! I walked in today around 6:30pm, and this lady ringed me up to help me. She was a short/ wide girl, whose eye kept twitching, and she tends to talk really SLOW. Walked in to purchase a new phone for a family member. I chose to do the 24 month bill credit so that meant I only pay tax and go home with new phone. First guy helped me and I chose one for $225. He said I would need to wait 20 minutes for them to bring the phone out. So I sat and waited. Finally he returns and says someone else will help me as soon as they finish with their other customer. Another 10 minutes. And finally they call me up. They pull up my account, start opening the phone and as I get ready to pay the tax (which should be around $23) they tell me my balance due is $156. $156?????? I ask for what. He says it's for the tax, and I'm required to purchase a charger and phone case from the store. So the total is $156. And on top of that I still owe $225 over the next 24 months. Absolute scam. Shameless. Stay away. I'm sure they get away with it if someone really needs a new phone. read more

I went to this store in September 2022 to get a new phone for myself and my mother. When we got out of the store, we came out with two new phones, two FREE new cases and FREE screen protectors... they also gave me a FREE extra line that I did not ask for but I was happy with the service and all was good in my life..... I am now checking the bill (April 2023) because I decided to pay off my phone in full, only to realize I was being overcharged this whole time. None of the accessories they claimed to be free were free. I was also being charged for two chargers for the phones which we never even got. The line that was given to me that I did not ask for was also not free!! I have been paying $20/mo for a line I am not even using!!! I had been paying for accessories that I would've never even gotten if I knew I was going to pay for. I could've easily bought cheaper ones at Amazon instead of paying monthly. I had to have multiple conversations over the phone with T-Mobile and the store to get this resolved. I managed to get the "Free" line off my bill but I did not get refunded for what I had already paid because I have "no proof" of me being told it was free... even though I still have the paper where they wrote down "Free Line." These people are big time scammers!! Check your bill right after you visit if you dare to go there and question everything you see on the bill because most likely you will be paying for crap you didn't ask for. Unparalleled service at this location. Denise was quick to attend me, get the phone and merchandise I requested. No haggle. Manager was on site, came to help with merchandise applications (three screen protectors). Both he and Denise had friendly banter and got to know me, asked me questions, and made connections. Another staff member asked about my shoes (Converse rainbow high tops). I've been to other stores (as recent as same day). Jorge helped us out and began to explain pricing with a new add a line which had a bundle with a case or screen protector BUT this it is NOT mandatory! My brother added himself to my account and he was bundled a $60 screen protector which was included in the price BUT Jorge never explained to him that it would be financed on our bill. There was discretion to the bundle and to begin with as a former employee of Tmobile/sprint all he should have paid was taxes and an activation fee because my account did not requiere a deposit!! Super terrible service if there would have been more clarity and honesty maybe we would've bought the screen protector ourselves instead of "including it". Selling dishonest is not the way Jorge. I wish I could give this store all five stars because my family and I have been serviced here for more than a decade. Today on Mother's Day, my mom, aunt, and uncle went in to purchase new phones but ended up leaving with nothing but tears in my mother's eyes. When they got there all of the service consultants were busy so they asked for my mom to wait and roam around meanwhile one of them finished. As minutes passed, more and more people began to show up. If you've been at this location you know that they're "line" or "line list" only exists when it's convenient for them, rather than the guests. My mom was there before anyone else had arrived but yet, the team members helped other people out. One of the consultants realized their error and approached another team member and asked him if he could service my mom because she had been waiting long before anyone else. This TM than looked at my mom and told her that she needed to wait regardless or she could leave. My mom was appalled and told him it was unfair because she had been there before anyone else. He than began to raise his voice and yell at her saying "you have 2 minutes to get out, or I'm calling the police". He pointed at the door and yelled, "get out! If you want me to open the doors for you I can do that too but leave!" My mom was embarrassed and harassed in a store within a community she has been in her whole life. This team member who also claimed to be the manager harassed my mom and got her to leave the store. He made her cry and yelled at her in front of so many people. I have never been the type of person to post a review but this was just unacceptable and I will be reaching out to corporate or will be taking legal measures. As a store, T-Mobile does not reserve the right to refuse service and let alone isolate instances of discourtesy. When she asked him for his name he didn't even want to give it to her and told every other tm in the building to "ignore the old lady". This is unacceptable. We will be canceling our lines with T-Mobile going forward and ask of any other person who reads this to do the same. What would you do for your mother? I have been a T-Mobile customer for years. I bought a new phone, and before the 14-day window was up I decided I didn't like it. I was going to return it (I had two days left of the 14 days) then had a medical emergency and I could not make it back to the store. I finally was able to go back two days after the 14-day window. The store said they wouldn't do anything and to contact T-mobile company, so I did. They said to contact the store, who had already said no. All I wanted was a different phone. Changed my account, parents signed up for new account from ATT before we were told they had sold out of the phones we were promised. I can understand selling the phone if we didn't show up for appointment, but we were there on time and then had to wait a half hour b/c the same guy made it clear to everyone else he had us ( do they work on commission?) I would like to speak highly of a certain employee whose name is Gloria she's located in the 9705 store in San Fernando she has been a great help to me this is the second visit on the first visit she informed me of the Tuesday freebies and I was able to get an umbrella and it so happens that on that day it was raining sycophants she's very personable has a great personality and is extremely helpful to the clients.
