My mom and her husband went to T-Mobile to get their phone screen replaced after being told they had a lifetime warranty--turns out, it was a complete scam. They paid $60 back in February, and now it's July. Since then, they've been sent back and forth between multiple stores, with each one refusing to honor the warranty. Do not buy accessories or add-on services from T-Mobile. If you absolutely need to use their phones or plans, fine--but steer clear of anything else they try to sell you. I came in there randomly. On 01/21/2023 I was greeted with a smile and fantastic customer service. I asked for a charger for my iPhone 14 and cable to go with it. Fernando offered me a max charger and explained that I could get up to two hours and I can throw it in a backpack or my car if I needed it. I was set in my thoughts and bought the items I was looking for. I might invest in that charger if I need it but not sure yet. He also demonstrated how thick/non bulky it is on the back of the phone using the IPhone wallet. Their were two other employees in there and I interacted with a woman as my cashier. Although she was on the telephone during our transaction she seemed very polite to the person on the other side of the telephone. I also witnessed her asking her colleagues for assistance. She had a moment of time with me and she told me my total. She said to me she needed a coffee but to me she seemed very alert and chippy. If I every need something I'd definitely go back to this location. I go here often to the same parking lot because of the Chinese food a couple doors down (ChopSpoon) 5/5 stars for friendly, speedy, fully stocked. read more

I went in to upgrade my daughters phones and to get a new line added. As I was checking out the sales person gave me cases and screen protectors for the phones. Some how I got 6 items on my bill as I was told this was included in my bill but not as a separate payment. I kept asking the sales person will I get charged for this and he kept saying this is included in the price. As I received the new bill I have 6 new chargers for the items I kept speaking of. Not sure if this is the plan this location is doing. But I would be aware of the scam and make sure that it is free and not an additional charges on your bill. I hope this didn't happen to many people. Reading through the yelp I see many were victimized to this scam and something needs to be done. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I wanted to write a great review for this store due to the warm service provided by every person that I have interacted with. The managers and staff have always been very friendly. I have never had a bad experience with the manner of service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] However, the actuality of my experience with this store has been ridiculous overall. The first time I gave T-Mobile a go, I immediately regretted my decision. Not one billing cycle was processed correctly. It should have been a very simple setup: small business consisting only myself as a self-employed doctor working in private practice with two added mobile lines at that time. The first bill reflected incorrect amounts due. I was billed for coverage and data that was inconsistent with what I contracted at. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The 800 service could not fix any issue, even after I spoke with handfuls of different people.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I visited the store at least a handful of times for approximately three cycles, each time being told and assured the issue was fixed. It never was. Each bill incurred further charges that were incorrect and there were no credits applied as I was told there would be. After month four or five, I left and went to Verizon, which was simple and straightforward without one issue, ever. My husband became interested in T-Mobile's cable device, which was new at the time and suggested we switch back to T-Mobile, assuming the experience would be different. I gave it a shot. We switched back. I set up mobile lines added to my business line. I was quoted a specific fee for each line each month and the cable device/service separate. As in my initial experience, the first billing cycle came, and the charges were significantly inflated and not what we signed up for in our contract. To summarize, I visited T-Mobile handfuls of times. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The first few times, the employee I spoke with was able to credit the account and work with the service provider to rectify the issue over the phone. However, it was never fixed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Just as in my first experience, charges continued to increase, and they were no longer able to credit the amounts overcharged as the system would not allow it. I began speaking with one manager who assured me each time that he would follow through. He not once did. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He gave me his cell phone number to check in on the issue. When I texted, he often did not reply for days.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This resulted in me visiting the store and asking for him. Each time, he presented as friendly, invested, and serious about the issue. I will clarify that not once did I present as upset or snarky, even though the situation called for it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was frequently apologized to, yet nothing was done to rectify my situation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After several months, I again decided to leave T-Mobile for good. I walked in my cable device and handed it to an employee. She looked up my account online and told me she would check it in and it would be sent back to the company. I asked if I needed to sign anything and was assured it was checked in and no further steps were needed. In my hurry for being on a work break, I left without requesting receipt. I also stopped my mobile service as the last encounter involved the manager telling me he was going to discuss the issue with his district manager, then reply to me. This never happened. I received a bill from a collection agency not long after for the cable device in the amount of $400. I returned to the store to clarify what occurred. The same manager told me he recalled me literally being there and returning it. Yet, he ultimately did not follow through and do anything about it. He spoke multiple times about all the steps he was going to take and did nothing, nor did he respond to texts until after multiple texts, I informed him I would simply visit the store to discuss the issue there. Then I received feedback. Each interaction, he started off by apologizing for not being able to get back to me for being extremely busy. However, each time I went in, upon entering, the store was typically empty, and he was chatting aloofly. End story, I am sitting on an $800 bill for the cable device and an incorrectly charged bill that I have no intention of paying. I have to take time from my day to construct lengthy letters to collection companies to protect my credit because the manager that I put trust in to do his job appropriately chose to demonstrate lazy and inefficient behavior. This is lengthy and I recognize it a first world problem. But here we are on yelp. I would not advise anyone to put their faith in this company, or at minimum, this store. All in all, my experience with T-Mobile has been a huge disappointment. Advice: Just don't. read more

Visited twice and both times were disappointing. Got the new s22 ultra the day it came out, rep who helped me wasn't knowledgeable about the promo. I almost walked out so I can order it online because the online rep told me something different. I took the risk and still bought the phone and contacted T-Mobile customer service via chat immediately. Somehow online rep ended up being right and got the full $400 for my trade in. 2. Turns out I wasn't getting 5G because I had an old sim which rep told me I can use. Wrong again. I needed release 15. Would've been nice if I was told this at the time.
