I wish I knew the name of the woman who helped me because she was incredibly dismissive and made…read morebasically zero effort to troubleshoot my problem. I've been constantly losing signal and getting "No Service" to the point where I sometimes can't even make calls. Interestingly, these problems started after the major Verizon outage in LA when I had no service for almost two days. I explained all of this to her, and she immediately blamed my phone. She even told me that because a new iPhone is coming out, that's probably why I'm suddenly having issues with my current one -- which was a pretty bizarre explanation. She told me to go to Apple and have my phone checked, so I did. Apple ran diagnostics and troubleshooting and found no problems with my device. What bothered me most was that she refused to actually troubleshoot anything herself. No resets, no network configuration, nothing. I specifically asked, "Is there anything you can do? Can you take my phone and reset something or check the configuration?" She literally never even took my phone into her hands. I later went to a different Verizon location, and the employees there were surprised that this store hadn't even performed the basic troubleshooting procedures they normally do. Really disappointing experience. I came in specifically asking for help with my Verizon service and felt like the goal was simply to get me out of the store rather than investigate the problem. I would absolutely recommend going to a different Verizon location.

I use simple mobile as my provider. so I called the store to find out that they were a authorized retailer, and yes they are. My problem was that I needed my browser restored because at this point all my phone was good for was text and calls. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Gary. I told him what my problem was and handed him my phone . I told him my phone number and he got right to work on it. Less than five minutes later my phone was smart again. So I asked Gary how much I owed him for his service and he said there's no charge! Wow... That kind of service service deserves a good yelp review...

The OEM screen or Aftermarket he priced at $250+tx, etc. The online order price for a OEM screen is 50-65. for a AMOLED screen, which is the best you can get. I can understand you have a store to pay rent and worker and all. But what value are you providing when you are charging close to $200 more than the RETAIL price elsewhere for the same product. It takes no more than 15-30minutes to change the screen on this model. While businesses are free to charge what they want, but vulture style pricing is bad. RIP OFF is what I would call it. At least he had it in stock. Are they pricing these things because they can? as he quoted me, I mentioned the OEM online price, and he tried to say something about the quality of the screen as there was another customer in the store.. IF you are in such an emergency that you are willing to spend $250+tax for a SCREEN of the phone, then you really should just buy a backup working phone for that price or less, vs spending it on a screen. You will have a phone and be able to get a screen for around %40, and a number of places install for about $30
