Everyone in the complex and even various service providers laughed when I mentioned service. A good day was watching a one and a half hour movie that took three hours to watch. Or running to the local FedEx to get work done because you couldn't get the printer to connect at home. I even went as far as to try and use a rural area provider. Purchased all kinds of antennas. Then someone posted Tekwerks on a web site. Danny & Matthew who came for the install were wonderful. Their knowledge of our location and issues was a major factor in getting our service up and running. They did their install quickly, tested and retested that the service was working. Plus the cost was far better then the competitors I was currently paying. In this day and age having internet in your home is necessary. Many of us work from home. I can now attend meetings and join in class. Thank you Tekwerks for bringing our home and family up to speed. I have already passed their info onto neighbors. For nearly two years, we have repeatedly tried to get help from Gary, the company representative who installed the system, with no proper resolution. We relied on this company to install a dependable security system and provide reasonable support afterward, especially considering that home security is the whole reason we hired them. After two years of trying to get this resolved, I cannot recommend this company. Based on my experience, the lack of follow-up, support, and accountability after the installation has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly suggest that anyone considering this company ask exactly what equipment is being installed, how old the system is, who has access to service it, and what kind of support they will actually provide after installation. So we finally are nearing the end of Geolinks. Although they got it working, it is working super…read moreslow now. We pay $75 per month for 30 MBPS down / 10MBPS up but only get 17MBPS down and 1.5MBPS up so we are switching to 100MBPS Starlink for $50 per month. All that Geolinks would have needed to do to keep us happy would have been deliver most of the bandwidth that we pay for somewhat consistently. So another bad Yelp review and we are pretty much fed up. For this image I removed our IP Address and test IDs for privacy but the speeds are exactly what we are seeing .
