    i am guessing Jazmine was off yesterday. my parents went in to do a phone change. we have two phones and just need to change phone numbers. [[HIGHLIGHT]]my parents walked in at 7:20pm store closes at 8pm. (40minutes to close) they were turned away by a lady stating they didn't have time mind you its still 40 minutes to close.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] my mom said it shouldn't take to long at verizon all that needs to be changes is the sim card. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lady responded with " Lady you are not at verizon!" that is an extremely rude way to answer especially to a current client.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Maybe a nicer response like "sorry, every store/company is different" i am in disbelief.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Management needs to have a serious meeting with staff. [[HIGHLIGHT]]we were just there the day before to purchase and everything was nice and smooth.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]so you are telling me only when money is coming in is when you are treated kindly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] this needs to get addressed ASAP i am sure we are not the only ones who experienced this.

    My house almost burned down the "New" Modem smelt like burning rubber and is now not working I've been on the phone for 1 hour to get technical support out here all because the modem you guys gave me from this store was defective thank God my house didn't burn down

    Talk about great service!! Today I went in with quite a few issues but left with a better plan and at a great price. I was never happy with time warner and less with spectrum. I've never had the channels that I want and my internet was slow. I got to the store because my modem was just not working anymore. Daniel took a look at it and immediately thanked me for being such a loyal customer. That alone went along way. He heard me out about my issues with my plan and the crummy equipment, I was honestly ready to throw in the towel. Daniel went over some of the stuff that's important to me and helped me find something so much better. He got me REAL high speed internet for my kids, all the channels that I like to watch with new equipment and even hooked me up with a phone so my in-laws can use to call El Salvador. I'm happy. This is customer service at its finest. Thank you Daniel and Spectrum. Go Dodgers! Go Lakers!

    Spectrum literally has outages daily. My WiFi cuts in and out non stop. I'm switching to frontier.

    I had a dedicated home theater installed in my home several years ago. I decided I wanted to change…read moreout my 16x9 screen to a larger 2:35 cinemascope screen. I searched the internet and found AVSI and Willy Videla. Based on the reviews I read I decided to call Willy to help with my theater. He was very busy but took the time to come out discuss my project. To make a long story short I hired Willy and this is what we ended up doing. Willy ordered and installed a 133 inch widescreen screen, relocated the projector and electrical outlet on the ceiling, lowered my front in wall speakers to accommodate the larger screen, ordered and installed 4 dolby Atmos speakers in the ceiling, at Willy's suggestion he ordered and installed 10 ceiling theater lights, ran a new HDMI cable, he did all the wiring necessary for everything. In addition he programmed a new remote to run all my devices and installed a Lutron Caseta system for my theater lights to work with my current system in my house. Finally, Willy transformed my equipment rack that was a "rats nest" of cable and wires to a completely organized and labeled beautiful space and built and installed 2 additional shelves. Needless to say Willy can do it all. He completely transformed my theater into something far better than I ever imagined. Willy is a perfectionist even down to the smallest detail. If you have a need for Willy's services I can't recommend AVSI and Willy high enough as I'm thrilled with the final product! When I spoke to Ron, he was polite, professional, and thorough. When he arrived for the consult, he walked through the house and then gave me my options. He could have up sold me on the T.V. Mounts selling me the top of the line mounts, but instead suggested I go with a well made standard mount for both rooms at a fraction of the cost. On the day of the installation, Ron showed up with his assistant. With a ton of gear in tow, he looked like he was equipped with anything he might need. Moving everything out of the way, laying blankets down to work on, they got to work. Everything was measured, level and perfect. He even vacuumed after he completed the job. He takes tremendous pride in his work and it shows. Very ethical and pleasant, he is quick to answer a text and he is knowledgeable about all things A/V related. I can honestly say I have found my guy for life. Now if he only had a brother! Seriously though, you can't go wrong with Ron of SOS. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.

Everything was routed back to a central rack in the basement, and the work was neat, organized, and actually tested. Not just "looks good," but properly finished. I also came in with a lot of specific requirements and definitely took us down a few rabbit holes. Golan was totally game to go there with me and think through the weird edge cases, but when things started getting a little too "okay, this is getting ridiculous," he'd pull me back and steer me toward a smarter, cleaner solution. I genuinely appreciated that. What really stood out is it never felt like he was trying to upsell me.
