    The modem that burnt up

    My house almost burned down the "New" Modem smelt like burning rubber and is now not working I've been on the phone for 1 hour to get technical support out here all because the modem you guys gave me from this store was defective thank God my house didn't burn down

    Talk about great service!! Today I went in with quite a few issues but left with a better plan and at a great price. I was never happy with time warner and less with spectrum. I've never had the channels that I want and my internet was slow. I got to the store because my modem was just not working anymore. Daniel took a look at it and immediately thanked me for being such a loyal customer. That alone went along way. He heard me out about my issues with my plan and the crummy equipment, I was honestly ready to throw in the towel. Daniel went over some of the stuff that's important to me and helped me find something so much better. He got me REAL high speed internet for my kids, all the channels that I like to watch with new equipment and even hooked me up with a phone so my in-laws can use to call El Salvador. I'm happy. This is customer service at its finest. Thank you Daniel and Spectrum. Go Dodgers! Go Lakers!

    Here for an hour never called our name. Looked at their board for name call. Somehow ours were erased. Bad customer services.

    Horrible staff. Over 25 people waiting and they have no sense of urgency or awareness and don't even check in with customers. Awful service

Attempts to get a human to help you on the rare occasion that you need some help is a thing of the past. I need not go over the time wasted on attempts, too much lost already! After all the effort to get a human to answer the simple question of how much Data was used by each line for the last 6 months, I was told they could only see the last 3 months! There is NO reason a person is not able to access their phone records for at least the last year...it appears that Verizon has done just that. Account history for over 3 months is just that...HISTORY! Because of this, Verizon is going to become HISTORY in my family! No more referrals from me either! Shame this is the way they take care of their long time customers!

I discussed with him that my phone wasn't receiving incoming calls. He pleasantly pulled up my account and explained possible troubleshooting issues that could be causing this problem. He resolved issue and also assisted me with applying my military discount to my account. I am 100% satisfied and my phone is in perfect working order now! I would definitely recommend stopping in and asking for Ronaldo to assist you too! Thank you! This gentleman is definitely an asset to Verizon!

He even discovered a damaged wire in one of my walls and went above and beyond to get everything working through another cable port. He was incredibly patient while I shifted things around so he could reach the panel in my closet, and he also helped me update my SSID and password, which I really appreciated! Did a wifi speed test right after and it matched the target right off the bat! Highly recommend Bai Connect/Zentro--their value for the speeds totally beat out AT&T/Spectrum (not to mention headache-free!)--and I'm super happy with Jeff's excellent service!

The #1 issue is that if you ever…read morehave a problem with your internet that requires anything more than merely restarting your modem you are going to be placed in technical support limbo for days, weeks, and maybe even months. As noted in other reviews, the way in which the customer service works is by transferring you to a representative that at best can only ask you to unplug your router and plug it back in again. If you have a more serious problem, then the best they can do is refer you to their mysterious "tier 2" team. They will tell you that your issue has been escalated and to expect a call back the same day or the following day. Currently, I have been waiting back to hear from this team for a month. I have called over and over again and I am unable to reach a single individual who can help me with my problem. This is a nightmare for someone who works at home and requires stable internet to do their job well. Reading other reviews and looking online demonstrates that this is a common enough problem that signing up for this service is a bad idea. If you are searching for an apartment and you find one that offers BAI connect, I encourage you to keep searching and to tell the apartment management that you will not be submitting an application because of the ISP they chose. Trust me, you do not want to be stuck in this hellish scenario of wasting hours of your time weeks on end to get no where. What you are paying for is just not worth it. I have been a customer of ATT and Spectrum, while both have their failings, I can at the very least say that I was able to get a hold of someone who could help me eventually. If your service works as intended, then great, but do not get fooled by reviews written in the best of circumstances. If one thing goes wrong you are going to suffer for it because they are either too lazy, incompetent, or just plain spiteful to help you get your issue resolved. Finally, if this review speaks to your own experience, please leave your own review on yelp and file a complaint with the FTC. They are defrauding their customers on the most basic level by denying them access to adequate customer support. Further, make your voice heard and force apartment buildings to seek better service providers. Avoid BAI connect at all costs.

    This is my second time here and both experiences have been no frills. This location is located a…read morelarge shopping plaza with a Whole Foods and AMC theatre. This is a popular shopping center, so parking can be a chore, but the side where Spectrum is located has less traffic. When you walk in, you need to check in using the iPad. If you already made an appointment online, you still need to check in, but if you don't, just enter in your info and sit and wait for them to call your name. I didn't have an appointment scheduled, but the wait time was about 10 minutes. Luckily, they have plenty of seating options and it's nice and air conditioned inside. They also provide a 30 minute trial WiFi you can sign up for while waiting. Cellular in this center is hit or miss and not the greatest for T-Mobile users. Very odd, because there's an actual T-Mobile store at the front of the center. I came here to return my modem as I cancelled my Spectrum internet and went with T-Mobile in home and have been very happy with it. No more disconnects or service interruptions. The best part is I'm only paying $50 with T-Mobile for the same speeds I get from Spectrum for $92. The return process was painless and didn't have to deal with any hard sell or deals to try get me to stay with them. Which is the worse.
