I had a really disappointing experience at this T-Mobile location. The woman who was supposed to be helping me didn't seem to know the answer to any of my questions. I ended up directing my questions to another employee (the girl with braids) just to try to get basic information. When she couldn't help either, I asked if they could check with their group or see if there was any way to help me. It was very uncomfortable because I could clearly see them texting about me instead of actually trying to resolve the issue. There was also a third employee helping two other customers who looked visibly annoyed the entire time, which made the whole environment feel unwelcoming. I don't know if they were having a long day or what, but as a customer, that shouldn't come across this way. What makes it worse is that they did have iPhones in stock, but because of the lack of knowledge, communication, and overall attitude, I decided to leave and purchase from a different T-Mobile location instead. All the ladies working here have a bad attitude, especially toward older customers or anyone who isn't super tech-savvy. We had to come back four times to fix problems with our account. The first visit, they were nice because they wanted to make a sale and open a new account. But after that, they acted like they just wanted to get it over with -- no care, no attention to detail. Every time they said, "All done, everything's fixed," but once we got home, the same problems were still there. I had to keep coming back just to fix what they said was already solved. If you don't want them to ruin your day, go to another T-Mobile store -- there are better locations not far from here. read more

A representative named Victor treated me very aggregiously and rudely. I asked if he could help regarding my new galaxy 5 watch. He asked if I had a receipt I told him I did not as I bought it through customer service. He told me I should call customer service. I asked if he could on my behalf. . He refused to help me. I asked if I was at a franchise store or a company store he replied it was a franchise. I said oh, I see why you cannot help me. On the way to the door he told me to go f..k myself. I immediately turned around and said what did you say to me??!! He was silent. I asked him his name and his manager's name and he refused!! The staff there in closing was extremely unprofessional and used foul language to a paying good customer without any merit. This is a very bad reflection on T- Mobile and its stores and shareholders. Bryce, the store manager, was helping us out and he went above and beyond! We came to trade in our phones, but were told we actually have to take them to USPS to send back. He helped us package up the phones and told us the nearest USPS location. I've never experienced customer service like this before. Came in for a trade in. Suzana the store manager tried adding a charger I did not need or ask for on my bill and wasnt even gonna tell me anything. Just told me my total, until I asked to see what was I paying for. Then it had an extra phone charger plus the $35 fee they already charge to do an in store trade in. So I was gonna have to pay $35 bucks for someone to sneak some extra stuff on the bill. When I questioned she said the system adds it automatically which obviously its not true. Then she had to start it all over again to remove the charger, and once she tried it stopped working to do the trade in. I wasted one hour of my life in this place for them to try to rip off a 10 year customer for extra 20 bucks charger. Amazing! read more

T-Mobile had been charging me $120 a month for the past 8 months ::ish::, for an account that I cancelled long ago. For whatever reason it was never done, I thought I had no shot of getting my money back however, I was lucky to have such great customer service from a manager/supervisor in training (can't remember his name) at this T-Mobile that fought for my money back to the point where we were able to go back to an old recording that defended my statement of the cancellation of my lines. if i could leave no stars i would definitely leave no stars, or negative ones lol. there's a woman there named susana L. she needs to be reevaluated as a manager she claims to be. she caused my friend and i a lot of distress. we use to have an account together years ago which should've been fixed granted years ago as well by tmobile but it was never done, that part was not susana's fault but from the looks of it she could've fixed it within minutes the first days we went to her. instead she made a purchase under my friends account without or knowledge. she mentioned my friends account popping up with ours but we were more than clear that we did not want it under that account. we wanted it under our own that we've been having and making purchases on she said ok you got it but still failed to that. so my friend and i decided to fix this in person going in at different times this girl had the audacity to blame us for her mistake and then to me she said she didn't understand why my friend was making a big deal out of it lmao. immature honestly. she needs to be checked by someone before because that's something i've never had to go through anywhere. she needs to learn accountability. never going to this t-mobile again. and i will never recommend this place to anyone. lol read more

Another rep (Kevin ) totally messed up a setup and I almost lost my job over not having a phone for almost a week. They got everything taken care of made in 5 mins or less while being nothing but kind about the whole thing! Totally recommend, ask for either of them or the manager ( I can't remember his name but he was really helpful and kind as well!) Horrible horrible horrible! From the manager to the one girl employee with the long nails, they honestly have the WORST customer service. They always seem like if they HATE their job (which isn't my fault???) I went in about a month ago to get a warranty replacement and upgrade my phone to an 11 pro. I walked in and 2/3 employees were busy (I guess one was the manager). None of them even bothered to look up at me and after about 45 seconds of standing there the girl who was free finally finished her conversation w the guy employee and then asked me if I needed help. As soon as I asked her about my warranty she shrugged me off and wanted to send me to the mall to deal with Apple care. She didn't even ask me my name, number, anything! If she would have (like the store on Tampa and victory) she would have known I was out of the Apple care warranty and wouldn't have been serviced if I had gone to Apple in the mall. Honestly that whole interaction started and left such a bad taste in my mouth I left the store and just called T-Mobile for my warranty exchange. And am now second guessing renewing and upgrading with you. There was more that happened, but honestly I just wanted out at that point. I definitely went to at&t to see what they can offer me. T-Mobile's customer service just isn't cutting it at that store. I'd rather pay more for better customer care! Get some training in that store. They badly need it!! read more
