Both Karim and his partner, Antonio, were professional, courteous and had deep knowledge and experience with TVs, mounting and related areas. They quickly assessed our requirements and made some great recommendations for our final setup. We had them install our new OLED as well as relocate an exiting 75" TV to another room. They were extremely careful with the handling of the TVs and placed the appropriate protective material over dressers and other furniture. The alarm console in my hallway repeatedly beeped every few hours for weeks, and despite calling…read moremultiple times, no one could tell me what was causing it. Each time, I was essentially told that nothing was wrong, even though the beeping clearly continued. At one point, I became so frustrated that I called simply to ask how to turn off the beeping. I have two young children in the house, and the noise was disruptive, especially when it would happen during the night. I was told there would be a charge just to show me how to turn off the beeping -- despite the fact that no one could explain why it was happening in the first place. The representative then told me someone would call me back within five minutes to walk me through how to shut it off. No one ever called. The lack of communication and customer service was incredibly frustrating. If your system is going to repeatedly beep for weeks, I expect the company to be able to identify the problem and provide a reasonable solution -- not tell me nothing is wrong and then charge me to stop the noise.
