And when a family member tried to get service, they couldn't get it installed for weeks and then when they cancelled, they charged them fees. Once again incredibily hard to get someone on the phone to clear it up. Incredibly frustrating company to work with. Once you fight your way through the obnoxious script the customer service has to go through you can eventully get what you want. But it is brutal.
