    All I can say is that Tmobile has took care of every problem I had. No matter what. I've been with them for almost 8yrs and and still going

    Firstly, I will say that whenever I had a problem with service, Frontier would send a technician…read morepromptly - I'll give them that. What my complaint is about is disconnecting service. I makes no sense to me why they "can't" pro-rate the last bill if it's disconnected within the billing cycle. ?? With all the technology... they can't pro-rate? I had to pay a "restocking fee" when returning the eero unit. I suppose they (I) have to pay The UPS Store to ship the unit back. My billing cycle went from the 18th - 17th of the each month - and once I returned the unit via The UPS Store my service was disconnected on the 1st of the month within the billing cycle. Why should I pay for the whole cycle? and when the next person at the address opens an account the next day - they collect double? Seems unfair to me.

    One of my family members got me call frontier for phone and internet service,Shes on medical…read moredevices so a landline type is needed,I set the appointment and made sure i was present.The frontier tech showed up at 9 am but had a hard time locating the fiber since a sub contractor hired by frontier pulled the new fiber in to the house since its underground.4 hrs the job was done, I left the job called my family member the number didnt go thru, called frontier tech help for 45 mins ..They need to send another tech but it will not be till 2 day from now,I told them this is need for medical equipment..They told me its the best they can do and if its not there equipment for the problem there a $150 charge.I told them this service been in less then 6 hrs..They just dont care !!! Crap Company !!!!

    We are an industrial distributor in Milford, CT and signed up with 8x8 in July 2019 to transition…read morefrom our legacy hardwire Lucent system to a VOIP system. 8x8 is a top 5 player in the global office communications market and we felt safe using them. It was 4 months of living hell. They never came out, never commissioned the system properly, over sold us on what we needed, billed us for services not rendered, charged us cancellation fees for a non performing system. I reached out to Gregg Haughten and his team solved all our problems at a reasonable cost. Granite Communications taken full responsibility for the system and we have not had 1 outage since he deployed it last week. It took 1 full day to be completely online including voicemail recordings , extension, Firewall programming, DHCP programming, etc. Granite was even able to reflash the 8x8 phones to work on his system!! On last minute notice, Gregg even came down personally to do the Training for our office staff. They have absolutely set the bar for deploying a technology solution!

    I've used Ed since an ice storm in 1996 knocked out the phones in my telemarketing center. Ed set…read moreup new lines for us so we were the only ones in our building with service. Another time he ran data lines through abandon pipes under our warehouse so we could connect the buildings without having to add more wires. Ultimately, using the deserted pipes underground, Ed replaced all of our lines with high speed data lines so we ran at over 200 mbps which was unheard of 10 years ago. As the wireless world has evolved, so has Ed's company. We are very data driven and Ed has always stayed ahead of the technology and upgraded us to new software and systems through the years. We were one of the first companies to go totally wireless and this ultimately ended up saving us a lot of money on monthly bills. Ed has done work for us for over 20 years and they always answer the phone, they always send someone right out and they always let us know what our costs will be. They are as fine a vendor as we deal with and I have to add that Ed does a significant amount of work, pro bono, for Hartford homeless shelters and soup kitchens. He has never mentioned that part of his business to us (I'll bet to anyone). He is that kind of man.
