This is part two of my three part story. Now I am back in my home state of CT. Since I have a 14 day grace period, on the 10th day or so I decided I wanted to return the phone back. There was nothing wrong with the phone, I decided that I didn't want the 2 year service agreement. So I figure T-mobile store is a T-mobile store anywhere. So I went to that store to return back the phone. The phone and its full packaging was exactly the same way I bought it. I arrived there 45 minutes before closing time. Enough time to return the phone and head my way back home. So I realize I didn't have the receipt because the sales rep. in FL didn't give me one. I ended up calling the store, but for security reason by the manager Chris they couldn't fax me my receipt. For the same security reason they can't fax my receipt to another T-mobile store!!! Can you believe the stupidity by this guy (how did he become a manager)? So at this store in North Haven, CT it is obvious that the people there could care less about me returning this phone back. I have provided them with the contact information of the store in FL, but the guy there was looking at like I was stupid trying to return a phone purchased at a t-mobile store in FL to a place a t-mobile store in CT. Wow, I thought they were the same company! Ok, I didn't have the receipt, but again that wasn't my fault. All they had to do is contact the store in FL to try to help me. So there excuse was comeback tomorrow. Well, I did comeback tomorrow and the store manager still wasn't there. I got to the store late morning. So I ask the guy for another t-mobile location near the area and he reluctantly gave it to me. On their behalf, the manager finally did call me several hours later (about 3 hours later). I'm am so very happy that I signed up with T-Mobile. They've been good to me since I was a teenager. I don't remember why I left but so happy their services improved since then. This past September1st, I came super upset with what Xfinity Comcast put me through. When I entered the T-Mobile store,omg what a sigh of relief that Patrick and Frank treated me like a lady. Patrick, the gentleman who helped me convinced me to get a phone that was a hybrid of the iPhone8 and iPhone 11. I love and appreciate Patrick so much now. He was kind, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. He made the purchase of the phone a piece of cake. All they wanted was my account number and pin with Xfinity Mobile. I even got to recycle the phone I no longer want. After 6 months I was told that I can get the iPhone 13 which Imso excited about. I even get Netflix and Apple TV installed for free. Ill definitely continue to give this store and the company my business despite how pricy it is read more

I went in to apply my rebate card to my recent phone purchase and as soon as the manager came over to help us, her name was Providence, she stopped paying attention to me and got on FaceTime. Then she tried to tell me I had to set up Apple Pay to get the rebate and said there would be no other way to do it. After a half hour of trying to reset passwords, there was magically another way to do it when another associate stepped in to help. Then, Providence tried to tell me I threw my phone at her and told me I was impatient. Worst T-Mobil store I've ever been in. read more

I know its been a while but this guy above is fairly responsible for the situation he was in. First off he purchased a phone in Florida and then flew to CT to exchange it? I work for T-mobile and immediatey this is a red flag. For all we know that phone was stolen. The manager he is insulting did everything by the book and was far from stupid. Receipts cannot be faxed due to our customer proprietary network information policy but they can be searched easily through our system now just like they did back then. The only reason they wouldnt would be if he didnt have his I.D. which considering he doesnt have a receipt he prob didnt have his I.D. Secondly why was there no receipt? Who makes a significant purchase, signs a contract and then leaves without a receipt? All he needed was the store ID # and we could've very easily researched the receipt. Also we couldve looked up the contract by social. Of course he couldnt provide this. How convenient. He also fails to mention whether or not he was in a corporate store. Most people cannot tell the difference.Corporate stores cannot accept returns from authorized dealers. It's like buying a Sony TV from Bestbuy and trying to return it to a Sony store. In this scenario I'm fairly certain he was not in a crporate store in FL otherwise it wouldnt have been a problem. This has been done countless times by yours truly considering the customer had the proper paperwork. In the real world we cannot just assume you are telling the truth. especially with he amount of fraud that steps through our doors. This guy had fraud written all over him What was the outcome? What did we determine after your series of stupid mistakes? It is not our responsibilty to keep track of your receipts. What happened at that third t-mobile store? They probably sent him packing as well. read more

He went above and beyond for me and got me what i needed, unlike the girl (Q) in the Branford store who was a total scum bag and doesnt deserve a job dealing with the public read more
