Came in to return my home internet hardware and cancel the service. I got a receipt for it but the…read morerep couldn't process the cancellation and gave me an 800# to call to do it. I stayed in the store to make the call and was on the phone with corporate for about 30 minutes, staying calm and patient. The two agents had some disagreement with each other on the policy and the phone agent told me I would get a phone call in an hour or so to complete the cancellation but he had documented the problem. We ended the call and as I was leaving the store, the rep in the store called me back over to speak with his manager on the phone. She asked me to leave the premises! I thought I misheard her. Terrible way to end a years long relationship with a customer, I couldn't believe it. I've never experienced such abrupt and terrible treatment. Horrible customer service! They won't get a second chance.

Any time I'm dropping off Amazon, UPS, or USPS packages, there's always some snarky comment if you don't immediately know where something goes or mix up a label. Instead of just helping people, it feels like they go out of their way to make customers feel stupid. Example: I accidentally thought a UPS label was USPS and instead of politely correcting me, the response was basically "well it says it right there." It's always little passive aggressive comments like that. Customer service here consistently feels rude, impatient, and hostile for no reason. My sons phone that was fixed a few weeks ago (for the 2nd time because the first glitched but had a small crack ) so he made me pay $100 more on top of the $200 already paid .
