I had already planned to go to the Apple store to get my new phone but needed help with another issue so I went to the verizon store in madison. I needed help to know how I can use my old phone on my trip overseas where there is no Verizon service. Cory was so amazing, friendly, and patient with me. He explained so many things about my phone and helped me with my plan. I didn't even get a new phone, but now I am going back to the madison Verizon to get my new phone. The whole team there is friendly and helpful. Thank you. read more

Simply put, just had the most outstanding experience at Verizon in Madison thanks to Brady. He is crazy efficient, kind and professional. Can not say enough good things about him! read more

Richard at the Madison store sold me two iPhones and said they had a promotion where you could get a " free" iPad and an I watch for $100. He is very deceptive, half the equipment was charged and also $780 in line fees associated with them. Do not go to this store! read more

I like the idea of having a Verizon store in my town but this one is awful. The staff is incompetent and untrained. They have nothing in stock and no idea of their own products. It's truly stunning. I have been there on 2 occasions and on both I was told the company doesn't even sell what I was asking for! Went to the Guilford Verizon and they have everything and are leaps and bounds more knowledgeable and helpful. read more

Richard single handedly helped me for an hour and a half with an ongoing issue that I had while helping 3 other customers at the same time. Another gentleman and I were seated while being helped as our concerns were time consuming, another customer needed help with the phone syncing to the car in which he went outside to assist! He is personable, courteous, and extremely accommodating. He went above and beyond the call of duty to not only help me in every way that he could but to also add a bit of humor which eased my frustration. This store is very lucky to have him! THANK YOU! Finally had to break down and get a new phone. I upgraded my flip phone to a.....flip phone. The girls that helped me were very friendly and extremely helpful. I was eligible for a free upgrade...they did everything they could to try to convince me that My free upgrade was only eligible online, but the girls finally broke and said that maybe they had something in the store that was eligible for my FREE upgrade. All said and done, they were very nice and helpful...just don't be fooled into spending more money then you have too. read more

This store makes buying a new phone or dealing with any issues so easy!!! Ive gone in here on a few occasions with issues and they solve them easily and were so helpful! The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Due to their excellent customer service you may have to wait for a few minutes while they help other customers but it is worth it. Highly recommend this store to anyone with verizon or thinking of switching. read more

Danger Danger. This is not a 'real' Verizon Wireless store. Its a franchise with a commission based staff. The goal is to sell you as many add-ons as possible in order to jack up the price and increase their commissions. Despite living in Madison, I make the drive to OS in order to deal with Verizon directly. Trust me, its inconvenient and I have no love for Verizon, but it beats dealing with these clowns. read more

Just had to stop in today because of an issue where my phone had been deactivated by another store out of state. Dustin took care of me immediately and I walked out less than 10 minutes later with my phone fully functioning. The process was so smooth, it made me appreciate having using Verizon. read more

Choose your day wisely. Avoid Saturday afternoon if possible. Very bad experience with customer service and attitude. Almost happier for me to leave than go through the trouble of helping. Ugh. read more
