I had my own phone issue with my Verizon phone while working there and the workers district…read moremanager there....with a worker whom came from an other store covering and two other workers who also helped to fix my phone. While fixing my my nightmare plus an old billing issue that had crossed with my prepaid phone. They gave me a phone and set it up. I never saw such amazing service and team effort on one phone problem and I want to tell you. I can fix almost any phone issue. So if I can't make something work..... I'm impressed watching someone out do me. And the team effrts to make a phone work for work purposes was endless and absolutely incredible. It was the efforts in the team that kept me there and the unity. But most of all it was the hard work in making something work because I have also been a Verizon client for many years and plan to be a client of theirs for many years to come. At store level, that is what keeps me coming back to Verizon. lol I'm not just an employee, I'm a client! Smiling.

He couldn't comprehend a simple phone number due to the substances that were clearly in his system and the aroma around him, the store also reeked of weed. He refused to take back a phone of another family member, due to me not wanting to buy a certain phone that he was pushing upon me. When confronted about the issues, he couldn't take responsibility and proceeded to say "you're welcome"... for what? Cheryl on the other hand was an absolute doll. I took out the phone from the case the next day to find out the back glass was shattered too. I went to this place to get my phone fixed. Best Buy wanted $329 for the front and they couldn't service the back glass.
