Although the first time we went in was after they'd been open for a few months, it seemed kind of sparse for a Walgreens. We attributed it to they taking over the Rite Aid and still needed to improve their inventory. Went in a few weeks ago and saw they had increased the shelving and inventory so they are slowly getting to be like the other well established stores. They had signs on the floor to ensure social distancing which was good. I look forward to future Shopping trips here.

I drive by several chains to go to Killingworth Family Pharmacy because of its unmatched service…read moreand friendly, knowledgeable staff. Besides making routine prescriptions easy to manage and obtain, we also got our Flu and Shingrix vaccines there. When getting the first Covid 19 shot, they were the first to successfully direct us to a source, when all you could get during the initial rollout anywhere were busy signals or "no appointments left". They have been excellent in dealing with insurance companies and the complexities of dealing with the Oncology Dept of a major NYC hospital. We haven't thrown them a curveball yet they couldn't hit. Their prices are competitive but you won't get the same level of service at any price. It also has a wonderful gift shop that always has interesting gifts. Supporting KFP also supports a local business (not funding the acquisition of a major insurance company) and nourishes our community. I encourage everyone to fill their drug store needs mindfully and consider the gem that is KFP.

I am 66 years old and have had "interesting" eyebrows for as long as I can remember. This was my…read moresecond visit to Holly Dowd, the Arch Expert at the Benefit Brow Bar, for tinting and waxing, and I could not be more pleased. Holly is skilled, meticulous, and truly understands how to shape brows in a way that complements your face. For the first time in decades, my eyebrows look natural, defined, and genuinely flattering. After the wax, when my brows were already looking perfect, Holly went a step further and helped me find a concealer and foundation that make an enormous difference--natural, yet more vibrant and polished. A colleague of hers even weighed in on color matching. They were a young person with a fabulous look all in black, cool silver jewelry, and unmistakable kindness in their eyes. The whole experience felt collaborative and attentive. It is definitely more expensive than the threading I've had in Philadelphia, and I may try to stretch out the time between visits, but it is absolutely worth it. I'm grateful to have found Holly and recommend her without hesitation.
