We have a family coastal cottage which needed to be revamped and brought into the 21st century. Amy was so kind and thoughtful about trying to keep the sentimentality of our family home along with trying to please two other families besides myself. This process went on for almost a month before we made the final purchases. Amy and her managers worked with us and NEVER ever put any pressure on us. Today I encountered some confusion with staff about Consignment pieces. The items were listed as active, but difficult to find or missing. The store appears a bit disheveled and a musty odor was noted by myself and another shopper. While helping to search for my own Consignment pieces I found a number of empty jewelry packages and mistreated items. Possibly this due to a pending change in ownership. A worker, possibly current owner, approached me with the form of agreement that I did not receive for the items. Her rudeness , sarcasm and dismissiveness threw the enjoyment of being a consigner and customer out the door. Sad when experiences such as this happen.
