I brought in 2 dresses that had matching bolero style jackets. Again I stopped in to see how they were priced. Both dresses were on the rack for sale missing the bolero jackets. I questioned the salesperson on duty telling her that these were my consigned items and the jackets were missing. Response was "oh they sometimes get misplaced.". She did locate one of the jackets and promised to look for the other. I returned several weeks later the jacket was still not found. So my experience was horrible. Today I encountered some confusion with staff about Consignment pieces. The items were listed as active, but difficult to find or missing. The store appears a bit disheveled and a musty odor was noted by myself and another shopper. While helping to search for my own Consignment pieces I found a number of empty jewelry packages and mistreated items. Possibly this due to a pending change in ownership. A worker, possibly current owner, approached me with the form of agreement that I did not receive for the items. Her rudeness , sarcasm and dismissiveness threw the enjoyment of being a consigner and customer out the door. Sad when experiences such as this happen. Hoping for them, it was an off day, but I can no longer endorse a recommendation .

This was likely my last visit. The employees offer of " may I help you" was half hearted and indifferent at best. One of them was downright rude. They really didn't seem to want my business so I left and went to Kohl's.

It's a smallish store but they use the space well and it's very upbeat, friendly and tasteful. Prices are in line with the rest of the street. You can find some deals but the normal pricing is within reach for most people. The selections really are fantastic. After spending…read morequite a bit of time looking at the inventory, I decided on a Sherpa Full-Zip Sweatshirt for my neighbor's daughter. I think turning 13 and becoming a teenager is something worth celebrating. I know she had a Sherpa sweatshirt that she wore literally until it was falling apart. Hopefully she will like this one since it is similar in color. I am not crazy about store names being written across my clothing, but I it didn't seem to bother her. The store was understaffed, pretty messy, and not a place I would frequent on a regular basis.

When she got home and tried them on, they were too tight, and she couldn't walk properly. My husband had gone with her, but he didn't check the size she had purchased. The next day, when I went to the UGG store at the Clinton Outlets, an employee told me they couldn't exchange them because she had already worn them, and the insides felt used. My daughter saved up for weeks to buy these sneakers, and now she can't even wear them--all because not a single person in the store offered her any assistance. I should've go there Clinton outlet the person didn't help me because I was Spanish because she was very rude and sarcastic to me when I asked her please can I change my daughter shoes very quickly said no but with other customers she was very nice because they wasn't Spanish.
