There was not one person on the floor, so I asked for help from a lady standing in the back room, right by the swinging doors. I asked her if she could help me with some Berkinstocks and,she said right as I pushed the door to a crack, You are not allowed back here it is for employees only and she said shut that door I was not even in the back room, I was standing on the rug. Again she said, You can't be back here so I told her I need help ma'am. The Young lady at the register called about 15 minutes ago. All she would say is, Shut the door I'll be with you in the min. She got on the radio and called for someone to come help me as if she couldn't help me, why? I am disabled and needed help getting a pair of shoes and ask questions about the shoes. The ladies name was Afrooo , she was very very rude walking out of the back room of the store, with a very loud cart. I asked her if she was the store manager. She told me she was, when infact she isn't and she refused to give me the store managers name. she was carrying on as we were walking toward the front and I asked why didn't you just come help me instead of telling me you'd be right with me as she pulled a very loud cart. I do want to mention, she did ask two black ladies if she could help them. I assume she must be prejudice. She was extremely rude, simply because I asked for help. She should not be in any Management role. This is the second time I have had "Attitude" and "Poor Service"from this DSW location.

Lo and behold, I did find a pair that I really, really liked on Tuesday. I went home and tried to find them online, but to my luck I couldn't find them anywhere. When I came back on Thursday and was approached by a sales associate asking if I needed any help and I told him the exact pair that I wanted. He bent down and looked in the drawer where all of the new fresh pairs were kept. He takes out a pair and says oh these are them, and I said "no, I'm sorry they're not, they're not the right color." He said, "yes they are, they are the same model number as the one you just showed me." (Rodinara MK5009). I told him that through my research I noticed that there are four pairs they go under this model number, but they are just different colors (Silver, gunmetal, rose/pink, and gold). He said, "oh well, we just go by the MK4digit here." You could tell he was getting slightly flustered because it was apparent that I was more knowledgeable in the product that he is supposed to be selling to me. Thankfully not too long after, we found the exact pair that I wanted and I went up to the register. During checkout, I felt extremely rushed. I understand it's supposed to be a quick transaction, you know, the usual swipe your card, sign, etc., but it just seems like he couldn't wait for me to leave so that he can move onto the next potential customer. Nevertheless, the store is incredibly clean, welcoming, and thankfully stocked.

Still not cheap, but more reasonable than if you were to buy the bags at Nordstrom. And we all know what it means when you get a purse at a discount price...it means you can now afford to buy the matching wallet! Now that everyone and their sister owns a Coach bag, I've moved on to MK. I don't always find something I like, but sometimes I hit the jackpot. The staff obviously work on commission, because they fall over each other trying to help you. Which works out well for the customer because they are so eager to please. Last time I was there, buying a lovely spring bag, an employee simply overheard a conversation I was having with my husband and ran over with a wallet that doubled as a wristlet. Exactly what I was looking for! You can't beat that. Make sure to stop by the management office first for the AAA coupon book, and you'll save a little more.

Customer service, particularly in the retail space seems a thing of the past but not with Al - he offers exquisite customer service from the moment you walk in the door until your business is completed! I cannot say enough good things about him and how much we enjoyed working with him. I also saw him interact with other customers and it was clear they enjoyed him as well. I even saw customers walk in who clearly knew him from other purchases saying "HI AL" as if they were old friends! Thank you, Al, for the amazing service!

One is better off taking the extra time to drive to Warwick then to wait in the lines here. Further, the selection is limited and there is not much space in the store for when you have to wait which results in aimless browsing--a good strategy for the business but not ideal for customers. TLDR: Just go to the Warwick franchise.

They are always well stocked, have a large discount section and seem to get new items in before other H&M stores. Also, unlike many H&Ms it's clean and well organized. Finding things isn't an exercise in futility. No clothes in the isles. Nothing just dumped on the rack. Also, all of the employees I've encountered have been friendly, helpful and polite. I haven't checked out the women's or childrens sections so I cant really comment. However, just passing through to mens it seems the same. Neat and tidy. Great location and worth the 45 minute drive for me to get there!
