This Off 5th Avenue store is very clean, organized, and filled with merchandise. This is not an outlet store, but it is amongst the outlets. Inside you'll find costume jewelry as well as fine jewelry, purses, mostly by Valentino. There are designer sunglasses and shoes. There's some home items like candles and blankets, everything else is clothing, for men, women and a small section for kids. I felt like this store is a bit of an outcast compared to the rest of the outlet stores. It is always empty, the prices aren't very sale like. The Saks of 5th in Farmington has much better sales and more merchandise than the Clinton store. This is probably why it's so clean and full of merchandise, because no one is there to make a mess! If you're in the area stop by, but don't expect to be impressed. read more

This is a big clean store at the outlets. There's a lot of free parking, and the store is on one end of the outlets. It's one of the biggest stores there. They have a lot of stuff, jewelry, handbags, coats, shoes, and clothes. Service was nice. read more

I would like to hear people's opinions on this matter- I was in a dressing room with the fitting room door open. I'm not shy. I was naked from my waist up. A male manager was walking in the fitting room. We caught eyes. I said "why is there a man in here " as I covered up. He said "this is unisex" There were no signs anywhere. Thoughts????? read more

Associates are rude here if you come around closing time. Don't even try walking in the store 20 mins to close.

This is one of the first stores we hit up today. It's located right at the beginning of the strip of outlet stores and since it has one of the biggest spaces I figured it had to be one of the best. I was disappointed...this store isn't set up very nice, it's very disorganized, and it looks like a huge yard sale. It was not very clean either.. We did not get greeted by any associate, not when we walked in, not while we were shopping, not once. As we browsed we found item after item that had an overly jacked up "original price" with a cheaper "discounted price". There was no way I could talk myself into spending $140.00 for a cardigan I liked, nope. I know that shopping outlet is hit or miss, I'll check it out again next time I come, but I'm not enthralling with what I saw today. read more

I've been to a couple of Saks Off 5th in a few different states, in various different outlet malls. This Saks Off 5th is very comparable to others that I have been to. I hypothesize that this store is one of the big draws of the Clinton Outlet, as I would consider Saks Off 5th to be a rarer store. This was a good size Saks off 5th. The selection was not the most expansive I've seen, and like all other Saks off 5th, it's very hit or miss. If you're willing to take the time to dig around for good finds, you will be sure to find some. They also have a good handbag selection that are deeply discounted. Overall, I thought this was a pretty good store and I was able to get some good finds. Perfectly solid, and I will visit it anytime I'm at the Outlet Mall. read more

The definition of hit or miss. I come here annually and every year I walk out with something but sometimes the loot is significantly less than previous years. There are deals to be had here for sure- as in 20% off the whole floor and then an additional 50% off of that. Be prepared to dig and you'll find something but more than half the store is filled with Saks private labels and the quality of those items is a bit questionable. Regardless, some of the high end goodies I've snagged over the years for under $500 a piece- Max Mara wool coat, YSL velvet skirt, Prada baroque sunglasses, Fendi sunglasses, Escada tops and Stella dresses. I've also seen some Chanel tucked away and there's always some St John and Armani to be found. As I said before, it totally depends when you go because yesterday I didn't a thing and last year the place was overflowing with goods. Handbag selection is basically nonexistent and shoes are pretty tragic except for a few Tory Burch and Kate Spade's in there. I found that yesterday there were a ton of contemporary designers on the cheap- rag & bone, Splendid, James Perse, etc. If you're in the area definitely go check it out because you never know what you'll come up with. It's the best in the Clinton Crossings in my opinion (RIP Barneys). read more

My husband and I shopped there today, if that's what you can call it. It was more of being stalked like criminals. I guess if someone has tattoos then they're not to be trusted to shop like a normal person. What's funny is I stood in one spot not touching anything or moving. My husband wanted help looking for a particular brand, but I didn't move-just stood in the same spot and this man kept walking around me. If I moved to another spot, there he was. It was hilarious. I saw a couple of other men doing the same, it was so obvious. All I could think was, is that what it takes to feel like a man, you need to crowd and intimidate a woman who isn't doing anything? Then this salesperson I had spoken to, when we couldn't find the brand, comes over and stands near my stalker (as I feel that's how he was acting) and asks if we found what we were looking for, while my husband was looking at the merchandise. I guess we were taking too long in that spot. I was tempted to go up to a store manager and ask to provide proof of either me or my husband ever doing anything in that store or any of their other stores to warrant being treated in such a way. I guess that's how Saks' staff operates because we had been to their Wrentham, MA location a week earlier and I was being stalked there as well. read more

Then I was helped with Kristen the manager because of the crazy sale coupons I was sent. Again she was beyond helpful. Worst experiences ever workers so rude went there today lady first at the fitting room goes after me waiting for bit coming with an attitude next at the register lady giving me a hard time when I'm buying $600 of stuff I return everything I asked her nicely because I get a AAA discount me my mother and my fiancé we put everything together so instead of spitting it make it easy for her she goes no I'm not doing that I'm like it's ok let it go because it was 20$ off 125 or more but we were buying things for all three of us I wasn't going to make it a big deal but after she starts running her mouth I was like you know what return it all and now I'm going to do separate transactions no way to treat your customer I drop over $7000 in Christmas here I spend a lot of Money there and don't even care about the the reward but treating me like that honest not good for such a big company, asked to take to a manager she was another one with attitude like wow what the hell happen to everybody that works there bunch of non professionals I'm writing this because I care if sakes will like to know more contact me email harryharjani@yahoo.com read more
