This makes sense because they are located right on Broadway in the middle of Yale University. The focus here is the great outdoors and clothing for active living. Mark who works on the second floor helped me find the right pair of boots first by measuring my foot and then finding a couple of sizes to make sure they are comfortable. The store is essentially two floors with men's footwear on the first and women's footwear on the second. The second floor had both men and women clothing. Great deals on everything with plenty of options. I loved the set up and more importantly the customer service provided. The young man who assisted us was very patient and knowledgeable about the brand and helped us make our decision when it came to which boot to get. I will definitely be back. Another thing we liked was that their boots are all American made.

I understand the target shoppers are college students, but this massive store of two floors is a big letdown. The downstairs has some trendy items, nothing special, tee shirts, hats and coats. The upstairs has the sale section, records and and some stationary items. There were things on the floor. Nothing about the store layout or the items on hand is inviting or interesting. Of course it is all very overpriced, on sale or not. It looks more like an overpriced tag sale than a real store.
