Not a problem. However when I checked on the situation of whether the items were ready for pickup (off racks) I was told they were no longer in the store and had been sold. They would not pay me my share of the sale because it was past the pickup date. Remember I was told by a store employer that they were removing them from racks and holding for me to pick up when I came back. Terrible customer service and business practice. Don't fall into their traps and their unethical business practices. Dont trust what any store employee tells you.

Right before Christmas I had an issue with an order online that after numerous calls was still not resolved. They suggested I go in store. When I arrived, they informed that it was an online issues. With a packed store and 2 associates the manager multitasked and called in with me until the issue was resolved. They're always willing to help, whether it's something in the store I need help with or online. If they don't have it they will help you figure out where you can get it from. If it's something the carry but it's out of stock they're order it for you and have it shipped to their store for free. Can't say enough about this amazing team.

I think turning 13 and becoming a teenager is something worth celebrating. I know she had a Sherpa sweatshirt that she wore literally until it was falling apart. Hopefully she will like this one since it is similar in color. I am not crazy about store names being written across my clothing, but I it didn't seem to bother her. The store was understaffed, pretty messy, and not a place I would frequent on a regular basis.
