This store is clean but it's difficult for it to be neat as it seams they have every bit of their inventory displayed in the small store. (Which was great) ... but I was asking for a specific type of shoe, and I was told they didn't exist. (I had them pulled up on the Clark's website..) the gentleman behind the counter called another store to see if they existed.. as if to try to "prove me wrong" and I didn't feel that was necessary. I was not only frustrated by that because it was rude, but because he was incorrect. I didn't care that they didn't have them. I had just wondered and was going to look around anyway. The lady that was working told me that they had a similar shoe in men's. I picked a men's shoe up and said "Yeah! Like this one." to which she responded "That's what I just said." At this point, I was like... what the heck is wrong with these people and what have I done to deserve this treatment? My husband is super easy going and even he was like "These people are pretty rude." It's was completely asinine! We left and went to Tanger Outlets instead and spent our money there. The staff there are much more pleasant and don't treat you like you're the scum of the earth. I also found the shoe that "didn't exist" there.
